This is an issue where the emails you send from your WordPress website keep ending up in the recipient's spam folder.
This is a frustrating and common issue but it is very easy to fix with the help of an SMTP plugin.

I wondered whether you could advise upon setting up with Microsoft365? Specifically, does the account used to access Azure NEED to be the "From" email account and thus providing the email functionality?

Thank you for this tutorial. Actually this does not make sure your emails are not marked as SPAM. You should mention things like SPF and DMARC, maybe even DNSSEC. And one gripe I habe: of course it‘s cool to be flattered, and to reply to that. But why not answer any of the questions that popped up? You started that discussion, after all ;-)

I have the correct settings but all e-mails sent from my website go to spam. Also, all e-mails answered by myself are never delivered to the recipient. I am using Astra. Does it make any difference in the settings if I use a private VPN ?? Thank you in advance for your answer and for this video tutorial.

The test email worked, but I am not getting alerted to my designated email to moderate a comment. I see it sent in the fluent log to me, but no email in my spam. What did I do wrong?

What is more important is how to avoid being blocked by your Email Service Provider / ISP
error : Could not connect to SMTP host. Failed to connect to server
Most probably your email server is not configured appropriately which is why such an error appearing.
@@BrainstormForce i find solution and it just edit mail.domain name to just domain name
SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.
I did all of this after all mail are going to spam

What would happen if we set up SMTP on websites where plugins are built to be reliable on Wordpress core mailing system ? For example a two factor authentication notification email, or something similar...do you have a suggestion? Thanks
