Soo the customers are getting the emails but the notifications that i should get when someone signs up is not getting through. When i look at the cpanel email logs it says "This mail cannot be forwarded because it was detected as spam." how do i fix this issue?

You can use it but you have to put smtp credentials , i sugest use like i did

I've done everything you mentioned here, and I'm still not receiving order confirmation emails to my customer (or emails of any kind). This is the second plugin I've tried. My server , SPF and DKIM are all in good order. Any ideas what's going on?

@@harryx7359 It was a plug in that was stopping it all from happening. I deactivated all my plugins and one by one added them back in. I set it to basic woo commerce site first and then added the plugins in. After set my theme back to normal.

Another Reasons will be your DKIM and SPF not setup right on your Cpanel , go a hed and check and fix the issues.
So now what i thing its you request another IP Adress for your server or vps , maybe your IP Adress have bad reputation , or use Cloudflare.

@@Tips2Fix after setting up the SMTP, their testing email successfully landed on the inbox folder but when I tried it with contact form, direct email and other way, is still landing in the spam folder.

Maybe you have problems with your server , SPF and DKIM configuration on your Cpanel Hosting , this method will fix your website but not hosting confuguration :)

Did you create the email adress??
You have ti go to your hosting control panel and create new email adress than use the credentials , write me email i can asist you vie remote desktop tips2fix@gmail.com

Did you created the email adress on your hoating provider? Please talk with them , see maybe your IP adress have bad reputation and if your ip have bad reputation it will endup always on spam
