Not sure if the UK is the same but here in Aus im pretty sure the courts can be adjourned a total of 8 times max usually done to build more of the case for either side. How ever you can argue not to.
There's no set number over here in the UK. A court case can be adjourned as many times as needs be as long as a "valid reason" is provided to or by the court.

In the us we have the right to a fair and speedy trial and can sue the court for delaying it not sure about the UK
Yh but you still have trials that take years to do
There are people waiting years for a trial, years to even get to the court, one of my best friends mum has a court case right now and without going into detail, what happened took place in like 2017/18 and it was only last month that she was up in court for it, it’s shocking in the UK! And dense lawyers, police and fiscals are the reason why
You can also pay your way out of a sentence in the US so……
In the UK, (I would presume the US as well, but I don't know) court cases must be done in the order they come in. Hence why for the last 3 years, through Covid-19, the cases have taken a lot longer, because each individual case kept getting delayed for Covid reasons and eventually that time builds up, pushing the court system back several months.
I'm surprised Jack didn't bring up how much he thinks tgf are stupid and putting kids in danger when they were selling tgf do it cards like he did when him and imalex were slagging them off on the podcast
Love TGF but in the nicest way possible it isn't the police's/prosecutions job to be "nice" when they are dealing with legitimate criminal activity.
thankyou, the arrogance to think they're going out their way to raid your house on your birthday cos that will somehow offend you? i'm sorry but the levels of delusion
And how they can say they weren’t driving dangerously is mad
Small mess up on the editing I think. Goes blank at the clip that was used for the intro 4:56. Just seems like the clip itself was moved instead of copied. Don't normally point out things like that but I thought my internet died xD good video regardless!
Please release the lettuce clip 😂😂
Yes 😂
why no video on spotify thats deaddd

Has the video been removed I take it? I cant find it :(
That first court hearing they said when they changed the charge I've heard is pretty normal and fair its called a pre trial where you opt to plead guilty and then its all done just wait for a sentence or not guilty where a proper trial starts and you fight it and put up a defence
Them going "on the day" they've just "changed it" is a bit of a silly thing to say. Dangerous driving is notoriously difficult to prove and convict people of, the majority of people are actually convicted of careless driving as it's far easier to prove in court.
The CPS must have had the required evidence or at least believed they did and felt that it was sufficient to warrant a charge of Dangerous driving, the CPS will not usually prosecute a case whereby the chances of the person being found guilty are just 50/50, they usually want 60/40 or higher.
If they felt they had enough to charge for the offence, and that they would be more likely to win and them be convicted in court, than to be found not guilty, then it's likely the manner of driving itself WAS dangerous.
I'm a bit tired of jumped up CZcamsrs or celebrities thinking they can do what they want and they should be "untouchable" and the minute anyone prosecutes them it's because "they are a celebrity" or "they have nothing better to do". Being famous or an internet sensation does not give you permission to just do as you please.
@@thefiestaguy8831 bro they did not even do anything that bad the video is available to see
@@chillvibes7006 Deliberately driving like a twat on a public road and rolling your car on it's side as a result is bad, it's not a "good" thing is it?
The fact there is a car "in front and behind" is irrelevant, it's still a public road.
Why do you think when proper movies are shot, or for TV soaps and they perform stunts with vehicles they use a closed road? That's right, to not put any members of the public at risk.
These idiots chose to do it on a road which the public can still drive on, you can even see another road user's car coming towards them when they suddenly turn left during the video.
The fact this was done half baked shows you how amateur they are, they didn't do it properly and ensure that nobody was put at risk. If these people want to clown around for a video then that's fine, but they should at least do it on a road they have authority to use or can actually rent out for an hour or two that would be closed to the public, just like how movie producers do.
@@thefiestaguy8831 cry more
@@thefiestaguy8831 the car in front and behind was Tgfs camera crew ya numpty, there was clearly no intent of endangering people and was recorded on what looked mostly like a quite country road evidently you know very little about Law as 9 times out of 10 dangerous driving cases get lowered to careless driving because it’s easier to prove, in a situation like this with full video evidence it’s quite apparent that Law enforcement did see it as an opportunity to nab them and try pull a fast one especially if you know about tgf you know that Law enforcement have never liked Jay or Romell

How can you deliberately flip a car on a public road and not expect to be in any trouble
Knowing them they probably had a car up the road stopping traffic from coming down and causing a accident. 5 points and £1000 fine is excessive for something that didn’t even exceed 10mph
That’s not what they were saying. It was the fact that the police and court were purposely dragging out the entire procedure for various reasons.

I’m facing a similar charge here in Scotland for something they have trumped up to dangerous driving for no reason
For no reason?
"No reason"... there is a reason. If it was for "no reason" you'd not have been charged with anything in the first place. If the evidence is there and the severity factor is present that might well be why it was pushed up.

did the police seize 10 seconds of this clip?
You flipped a car fo fucks sake, sounds pretty dangerous
sounds like their solictors fucked up if they went to court various times it should have been over on that day
You don't know much about the UK legal system then....
If you plead not guilty to an offence there will be a trial, a trial never takes place on the same day, because the court hears cases one by one (i.e you might be in court at 9am for a first hearing, also called "plea hearing", and at 10AM someone else will be in front of the same magistrates or district judge for their plea hearing.
They stated that they pleaded not guilty to dangerous driving, if it wasn't changed they'd be on trial in the magistrates court.
If it was changed to a lesser offence, they might have pleaded guilty.
