My best mate took his life last year, he left his house with nothing but his clothes no phone no wallet nothing.
We always called eachother after we finished school work (this was during COVID so we we're learning from home).
I sat in my room all evening at the side of my bed gazing out the window knowing my friend had taken his life in the woodland down the road, my phone sat on the end of my bed. I was waiting I knew it was impossible unimaginable but I just wanted to hear his voice one last time, the hours rolled by as the sun sunk behind the hills it was night now silence had taken the house, I finally gave in and got in bed I lay for what felt like seconds.
BZZ BZZ my eyes opened and i rushed to my phone BZZ BZZ I stared at the screen in disbelief BZZ BZZ I finally snapped out of it and answered.
On the other end all I could hear was breathing in then out in then out, no Matter how many times I called to him there was no answer this continued for 30 seconds before the line cut off.
I sat in silence rocked and in disbelief I couldn't be him someone must be playing a horrible prank.
I kept this to myself never telling anyone. When I met his mom for the first time after he died I asked her if she had his phone, it had been put in the attic as no one knew the password nobody had touched it.
I still don't know what to think
I hope it was a final goodbye but i don't know if grief just made a dream more realistic.

@@1mp3y I'm very sorry to hear that. As for your story, the fact the weird phone call happened seconds after you lay down to go to sleep makes me think it was a very realistic dream you had. I've had similarly realistic dreams when I've been in states of high anxiety, to the point where I haven't known if it really happened without external confirmation, and every time those 'memories' have started with "I had just lay down on my bed to go to sleep when...". Also, have you since checked on your phone if you really did get an incoming call at that time?

Dick & Dom are that ingrained into my childhood, hearing Dom swear was genuinely shocking.
Heâs allowed to.

if you watch their library bogeys episode you can tell they are blazed and are geniunely struggling not to laugh and lose it
I absolutely adored Dick and Dom when I was younger! What a way to start a Saturday morning :) they were so iconic and funny, the best in the business when it came to kids/teens entertainment. Happy they have enjoyed such a long and successful career. Two total heroâs and would love if you guys got them back on happy hour again in the future đ

My dad got married at Chillingham castle!! We all stayed there for a few nights and it was definitelyâŠ..very odd. Voices, footsteps, things moving, unsettling feelings, big thumps and bangs, horrible dreams and thinking you see movements/people etc. my dad also had a scratch on him on the first night.
I donât necessarily believe BUT thereâs is indeed *something* going on there

I must have been in my early 30's when Dick & Dom was on,but I used to look forward to it.đ used to watch it with my kids. It felt like the spiritual successor to Tizzwazz. A Saturday morning kids show I used to watch way back in the late 70's early 80's which I think was the attraction.đ

I never really believed in ghosts/spirits until I went to Edinburgh Vaults, We was in one of the rooms and my right side of my body was warm but my left hand suddenly went cold felt like a touch which left me confused as my hand was in my pocket, I didnât mention anything but then the tour guide explained one of the ghosts/spirits liked putting his hands in pockets/ holding peoples hands, such an amazing/scary experience I highly recommend it!

Something happend the other week as I'm playing xbox In the living room I was playing r6 and during that I had my phone charger on the desk my drink and some chocolate during this I hear a bang and when I come off to charge my phone the charger as I left my phone charger was still as I left it but it had snapped? Can anyone explain this
Some really cheap bad quality phone chargers that you can buy online are not properly tested to safety standards, and can be damaged by the electricity from the wall socket. It sounds like something to do with that. It's rare but there are cases of them even catching on fire when left plugged in for a long time.

I was a total non-believer in the paranormal, until I had my experience. I was in my teens and home alone when my parents went out for the evening. I was going to bed and could t find my door keys to lock up the house. Long story short, I felt a strange sensation of being turning to the partially open door from the hallway and my keys come flying over the top of the door landing squarely between my feet. Weirdest inexplicable experience in my life, given it was only me in the house!

The scratches were coincidental. The camera story seems spooky because of the context but if the same thing happened on location somewhere that was not supposed to be haunted it would have been a mundane occurrence and nobody would have given it a second thought.
