I'm ready now, lol... I so wish I could come down there sooner!! I know for sure early September.
Another thing that is almost a must have are rain guards for your windows. That way, if there is heavy rain, you can still have ventilation without worry of water in your SUV. I saw that someone had the ecoflow. I also have one of those , I got the river pro 2 and it was bundled with a 160 w solar panel. About 700 for all. And.. if you’re ever back up to the Maine coast.. shoot me a message, maybe we could meet up. I camp in a Toyota Highlander. Happy Travels! 😊
Oh my gosh... I really should have added the rain guards to my list!! Welp, they're on my list now! Good point!! You're the 4th or 5th person who has told me about the Ecoflow so I will definitely look in to them. Definitely LOVED our time in Maine. It was stunning and breathtaking! Not sure about breaking the bank but I just got the eco flow with 2 solar panels..it came as a set..the eco flow had a coupon for 350 off so was able to bundle it..its the delta 2 newer one and I love it
So, I'm starting to see a trend. Folks are really liking the eco flow batteries! I'm going to have to take a more serious look at their batteries. $350 off... now THAT is a great bundle!!! My rooftop box hasn't hurt my SUV gas mileage that I can see. If you get a hitch basket be careful bc if your going back roads like me unless u have a higher clearance you always hit it on the ditches or creeks u go through. I took mine off bc of that I found that out. I did get an air lift in the back and that helps. Too bad ur not down here I'm going back roads muddin in 3 weeks in GA and Alabama.
That's a good point! I do want to get out in the back woods more so a basket probably isn't a good idea for those times. I've never been mudding but it looks like such a fun, wild time! I can't wait to see and hear about it! I'll keep an eye out! :-)

@DeezRoads my fridge plugs into the ecoflow. Then the ecoflow plugs into the truck as I'm driving it. So it's always getting charged when I drive. Works out great.
Makes sense! I plugged the fridge into my car for the first time a couple weeks ago. Fear over. Lol.
