I’m really late but excited to watch this since Dylan is literally one of the best actors I’ve ever seen. He can do exaggerated comedy, he can be realistic, he can show a switch in personality through subtle body language, but no matter what role he’s in, he’ll make you feel for the character.
He reminds me so much of Shia LaBeouf they are so funny but covey deep emotion. Even down to the veins and sweat on the heads. It's insane!

10/10 Top 5 Movies of the year! This film continued to keep me intrigued! After watching it once, I had to watch it again to make sure I understood the concept and message. I really hope you guys enjoy it as much as I have. Dylan played an absolute honor role.. I don’t think I could see someone else for this character. The director knew what he was doing and I think I will look for more of his films. I showed this film to my mother and she was in tears…. Thank you!!! 10/10 👍🏼👍🏼☺️
I would love to hear your analysis of it. I agree easily one of the top movies of the year, oscar-worthy, and instant cult classic. People are going to be talking about this movie for a long time. You can tell a lot of thought process went into making it, which is strange because Hollywood is just about making woke superhero nonsense these days. Glad to see something like this could be made.

Fantastic film, it makes you think and what the hell do we know. But one thing is for sure avoid drugs completely, that's a test we will surely pass and know what the consequences will be. Life itself can't be answered, just live good, try not to stress too much as it won't solve a thing, then embrace death when it comes for us. That's one thing u can't hide from or avoid, and that's as far as I think I know.

I saw it when it was called The Education of Fredrick Fitzell and this trailer is quite different from what the movie is. Be prepared to get emotional. I cried really, really hard. The final act is one of the most moving in recent memory.
Oh god I saw it too when it was in its original title form. Did you see it at Sitges? Some have seen longer versions at test screenings and I’m trying to get ahold of one of the longer copies
They should have kept the previous title, 'The Education Of Fredrick Fitzell' sounds dope and more catchy than Flashback.

What I'm getting from the trailer is that the stuff with them in high school is what's actually happening, and the stuff with them grown up is a vision created by the drug.

I have a feeling it´s something about different realities.When he is driving the car in the trailer he is doing it as an adult,in one frame he is clean shaven,well dressed and in the other frame he has an addict kind of appearance. My guess this movie is about the choices you made in life particularly the choices you make when it comes to drugs at a very young age.

I just watched Dylan at Teen Wolf years ago. I mean Teen Wolf was 10 years ago. AND NOW. LOOK AT HIM NOW. IM PROUD OF HIM. LOVED THIS MAN SINCE DAY 1
There are so many deep meanings to this movie!! Dont take drugs. Dont fall back there when things get tough. Remember what happened last time. Many possible outcomes depending on your choices. Drugs can be an easy escape and give you experiences but IT wont be real... I could go on and on.
Hit the nail on the head for all the meanings/messages throughout the movie. I just watched it at the theatre yesterday, and wowwww. No movie has had me in such a wave of emotions and feelings, along with thoughts. I can see a lot of people hating on this movie for not getting the messages throughout it.

This movie spoke so directly about the saturn, time and oppression of humans from another beings. I really ask myself what the intention with this movie was. Whoever came up with this knows very well about these saturn topics. Maybe its the truth portrayed to us by people knowing whats going on, maybe they want troll us or its just someone from the producer team that want to show us his world view. Whatever it was a really good film -one of my favourites!

Its a wierd planet with a hexagonal shaped and an eye looking storm on each pole. Its also heavily associated with being like a projector of our world as a simulation.
Pop culture often contains saturn symbolgy. Matrix, Flashback, Dark City, Ready Player One, Saturn Sega Ads ...
there's something odd found on saturn lately, that hex shape on a pole looking very much like a giant airlock. it seems to want control for itself and limitations for others and the shape that represents it is a square, and everything must be stuffed into it. I saw a business here that had an earth within a cube shape, and it seemed to represent perfectly this 'saturn' that we speak of here.

Dylan is good but this movie was very very well written. Lots of thought went into every aspect of this movie which will keep you thinking about it for days on end. It's very complex and after you finish watching it once you'll probably want to watch it again. There's a lot of similarities between this movie and the Matrix and even Fight Club. Definitely worth watching. Keep in mind though it is intense and jarring.

As I sat here balling my eyes out after feeling like I went into the deepest acid trip of my life only to go through a life cycle multiple times and come out on the other side, I have NEVER felt so compelled to write a review for a movie than I do right now. Holy shit, Dylan is so unbelievably talented and this movie showed so many different sides to him as a character and actor. There were so many meaningful messages throughout this movie. I honestly could not take my eyes off the screen I was so invested in the storyline that I felt like I was right there next to him going through a rollercoaster of emotions. This was a truly great movie and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone (which I never do), and trust me I’ve seen a lot of movies. I’m an actress myself and all I have left to say right now is 10 out of 10 must see masterpiece of a movie! Beautifully written, directed in the most amazing detail, and performed by undeniably talented artists.

Dylan is what shia Labeouf was on his way to becoming. Started off in comedy even Stevens while Dylan was comic relief in teen wolk til the last season. Then went on to do thrillers wall Street, eagle eye (which wasn't overall good, but had the best 1st half of any movie since 99').

The best movie ever omg someone give dylan an award for this fantastic acting and performance he nailed it my god i was mesmerized by his performance so beautiful and captivating ohhhh god seriously fuck Hollywood so does not deserve such a brilliant actor i was just sitting here and watching the movie and i literally got goosebumps the entire time and my heart is still hurting for fredrick who's dylan's character in the movie and ofcourse his relationship with his mother was heartbreaking 💔 and soooo sad that i feel like crying even now 😢 ahhh and what a twisted and emotional and mind blowing relationship between cindy and dylan's character ahhhh i feel so bad for them but i was also so happy that he stoped following her and was able to get out of that horrible druggie phase oh his life and got the sweet ending he deserved ❤ best acting dylan so proud of u my god if Hollywood was not soo fucked up and fair then this performance of urs 100% deserve an award loved it❤❤❤❤❤
