  • Neer Dosa
    Its an Instant Dosa ..no need of fermentation and all .. grind it and make it..thats all
    Ingredients
    White Rice/Ponni Ari/Sona Masoori -1cup
    Grated Coconut-1/2cup
    Salt-
    1/4 -cup water for grinding
    Water-3cup
    Method
    Wash and soak rice for minimum 4 hours .
    Then drain and grind along with coconut by adding enough water .
    Grind to a fine paste .
    Then to that add salt and water and make it as buttermilk consistency batter ..
    Heat Tawa to medium heat ..
    Mix batter each and every time when u make each dosa
    Then pour one ladle of batter in the Tawa and rotate ..
    Then in high heat cook the dosa and serve with Chutney ,egg roast or any dish u prefer ..

      മലപ്പറത്തു ഞങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടാക്കാറുണ്ട്. സാധാരണ ബ്രെക്ക്ഫാസ്റ്റിന് എളുപ്പത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കാവുന്ന വിഭവമാണ് ഇത്. അരിയുടെ കൂടെ തേങ്ങ അരക്കാറില്ല. അരച്ച മാവിൽ തേങ്ങ ചിരകിയത് ചേർത്ത് ഇരുമ്പിന്റെ ദോശചട്ടിയിൽ എണ്ണ പുരട്ടി ചുട്ടെടുക്കും. വേവിക്കുന്ന സമയത്ത് അടച്ചുവെക്കാറും ഉണ്ട്.
      ഏറ്റവും ബെസ്റ്റ് കോമ്പിനേഷൻ നല്ല സവളയിട്ടു വേവിച്ചെടുത്ത ബീഫ് ഫ്രൈ ആണ്....

      ANNA dhananjay lol who gave u this information. Tulu is an independent language more ancient than kannada. Also tulu is spoken in northern kerala too, its not limited to karnataka. Tulu is different from kannada. tulu cuisine is not equal to kannada cuisine

    Hi Veena! This was the first recipe of yours that I tried out. I was impressed by your detailed explanation and demonstration. Such explanations are so useful when one is trying out something entirely new (even for experienced cooks). So my Neer dosa too turned out really well. It was soft and delicate and tasted just superb! Though I initially made the dosa on my regular flat iron tawa the dosa was tasty but each one had a different shape and my gas top was a mess😕(like your 's was when you tried out Vahchef's rawa dosa 😅). Anyway I soon bought the non stick tawa and wow! Perfect Neer dosas!!! Thanks so much. And don't bother to explain why you're doing detailed videos. It is really useful for people who are beginners. And I really enjoy hearing your Thrissur accent. I have a close friend from Thrissur. And listening to you reminds me of her. She too is an innovative cook. Kure sutra panigal arriyam!!

    whole of Karnataka doesn't prepare this.it belongs to Mangalore n udupi.there they eat it with kori gasi which means chicken curry
