great work! ive been staying in the gym as much as i can to stay in decent shape. i need to start walking a lot more. Just did a pretty big leaf cleanup yesterday so im glad for that. hoping to make 2023 my best year yet

We just did 3 big cedars that were leaning in the wrong direction. I ended up using my Kubota to pull it as I cut it. It saved my butt.

Oh I'm personally taking off for the winter until snow comes through, I've run too hard this season 😂 I'm just going to work out more to stay sorta healthy. I might accept an odd job here and there, but my people don't normally ask for anything other than snow work during the winter. I think they're trying to save money this time of year.

I am doing the same. I am scaling back as well as raising prices. I lost a few customers due to various reasons. By no fault of mine. Not going to replace them unless it is the perfect situation. My plan is to make more money doing less. Great work on the tree. Hope your 2023 is great.

that beautiful country drive will eventually be an overpopulated city. Tree guy that does work for me have a minimum, im not sure what it is
but i guess find a number your happy with and that should be yours. I dont think you have to go by what other people are charging and how your doing it is good by the difficulty of the job. Mabe whatever number you come up with add 10 or 20 % in case you under charge an see how that goes.
