Body of US Airman MURDERED by Okaloosa Sheriff County Deputy returns to Atlanta. BTW, after the Okaloosa County Sheriff and the FDLE investigate the killing, they will conclude that the Airman was responsible for his own murder. The murderer will then return to his job in Okaloosa County with a notch on his gun for killing a Black man. He will be a member of the badge fraternity of many who got away with murder for killing a Black man. The only ones who will be held accountable for the murder will be the taxpayers when the write the settlement check to the family.

Everyone is blaming the Lady instead of the officer who didn't bother to take directions clearly. She mentions that it was 1401 on the 4th floor. The office got on the elevator and pressed the 3rd floor button. HE got it wrong. HE didn't follow proper protocol and HE killed that young man.

Is a thing that these Florida police does, showed up at my door saying someone called saying that there was disturbance coming from my apartment, I was at work 7A-7P and was just having dinner at about 8PM when the showed up. They then proceeded to ask for my name and ID. I felt so violated. There should be a better way when responding to these calls.

Senior Airman Fortson opened the door to a okaloosa county deputy with a gun in his right hand extended straight down in the none ready position,his left hand was in front of his center upper belly palms facing the officer and in less than 5 seconds the officer shot multiple rounds into the Airmans torso .The officer told him to drop the weapon while the Airman was on the ground shot and the Airman replied "I did,I don't have the weapon ".This is a very sad sad situation for this Airman to face and his family

The deputy didn't go to the wrong apartment- the Reporting Party said 1401, and the deputy went to 1401.
The deputy didn't fail to announce himself- the deputy knocked and loudly announced "SHERIFF'S OFFICE! OPEN THE DOOR!" twice.
The armed offender never asked "Who's there?".
The deputy never broke down the door- the armed offender opened it from inside.
The armed offender that pulled a gun on the deputy, was holding it in a shooting grip in his right hand.

The officer gets on the elevator and presses the 3rd floor. Even the number on the top right shows he got off at the 3rd floor. The guy may have been scared and confused. Imagine he was hearing the neighbor above him fighting all day too and then someone is banging at his door. He had every right to have his gun with him. He served in the war, He probably went into military war thinking the man attacking the girl above him was coming for him too.

Upon exiting the elevator, the overhanging roof is clearly visible immediately above him. There is only one 1401 in building #1- it's on the 4th floor. And "1401" is clearly visible outside the offender's door. Stop lying.
