Hie ladies...am truly grateful for the great work eva and emma are doing for us.l just had my second baby and started these workouts right after 4 months of delivering.its my sixth month and l look brand new like l never had a baby....❤🌟🌟🌟
My abs are on fire!!...I have been doing Mira Pham's zumba for 2 weeks and I have lost one inch from each arm, one inch from lower belly, one inch from each thighs and one inch from butt.
So is working?!!!!
@@Omgfeinn111 I have stopped working out for a temporary period due to personal reasons but these workouts really work...and if you control your diet little bit...the results will be awesome and fast...

@@Omgfeinn111 no worries😄....I can't follow a diet...too difficult for me...just try to follow intermittent fasting and that will be enough...without diet or intermittent fasting...the results might be seen but it will be slower...and it's not about weight loss...I started working out to lose weight...but with time...I loved how Zumba made me feel...you will love doing it so much that you will forget to check your weight...

Just did it !!!! I'm an obese person and it's complicated for me to find fitness videos on youtube that don't require a lot of space, equipment and without having to jump or do floor exercises.
It feels so good to be able to do all the exercises with a lot of fun

I definitely agree with you. I am the same like you, I don’t and I can’t do any exercises with jumping. I like this channel with good background music but I have to reduced the speed in order to keep up with them. And I can never finished the whole exercise, only did 20-25 minutes each time. But I enjoy it very much with lots of sweats. Hope I can loose some pounds soon.🙂

Ive been doing this workouts of yours for 6 monthss now, ive been feeling lighter and energetic, ive lost alot of weight already, although its too slow for me coz im really a food lover, but still it helps alot in my weight loss, without being prohibited in my favorite foods, doing this with core strengthening exercises too. It reallyy feels great, and the routines were easy, since im not a dancer😍

@@suzaineebol6591 Yep! If you do a new workout, it is totally normal for your body to hurt and it can help you acknowledge a good workout! Make sure you always stretch for 10 minutes before and after though!

This is my favorite Zumba instructor very easy step and youll get very sweat in just 1hour thankyou I dont have yo go outside to workout
With Eva I KNOW that I'm going to lose the weight I need to I HAVE BEEN DOING ZUMBA FOR 1 MONTH many results but not serious like everyday I'm starting day 1 today sept 22 2021 every day 30-1 hour nothing less and yoga or warm up stretch for 20 min wish me luck i weigh 214 and want to weigh 146 start there hopefully go down over the next year reach 110lb
