The fact that this all could have been avoided makes this MURDER!

Was that really sufficient time to wake someone from a sound sleep? I probably would be so confused and scared. I know officers had a right to defend themselves but the whole thing just seems poorly executed. Why not go to the airport and arrest him. Weapons are not allowed there….or is that just too easy!

I was questioned about a crime years ago I had nothing to do with and the cops waited until I left my house to pull me over and take me into custody SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS REASON. They knew I bought and sold guns and was certainly armed at the time and they feared for their own safety as well as mine / thank god.
It was all resolved peacefully and quickly and I was on my way, but if somebody banged on my door in the middle of the night I don’t know what I would have done.

@@Mike-hn4uu Ban the ATF ! They fuck up everything they do. They kill more innocent people than they save .

ATF has to be the worst tactically trained agency in America. It seems most resolutions that they execute results in mayhem, death or both.
They really need better training if they are going to make collars in the middle of the night.

Why wait ten minutes for someone to answer the door when you can wait 30 seconds before breaking and entering into a home to make it appear as if it's a home invasion, right? There was no immediate threat to life or property to justify forced entry. The ATF caused a deadly scenario, where no threat existed outside of the ATF's actions.
No body cams, escalation of violence as primary tactic, and qualified immunity from williful negligence causing death. These tactics and this result is by design. It's baffling that this continues.

Federal agents executing an American citizen and torturing his wife.

Simple facts that need to be talked about are, somehow all of the agents didn't have chest cams. They didn't ring the doorbell and only waited 20 seconds before kicking the door down. Why at 6 a.m? Why cover the doorbell camera with tape? I mean, regardless if this was on purpose or not, they handled this in every way like they were ready to and this with a gun fight with a man who has zero criminal record and no evidence of violence

There are multiple videos from them arresting people at Jan 6 where they show up and cover their security cameras with tape.
The problem is that there is genuine danger to the police all the time. Any type of officer encountering the right person will face real danger SIMPLY because they are a cop and have the ability to take your freedom from you.
But there was a time in the USA where no one would have been okay with our agencies doing this unless they felt the victims were "bad".
There are cases of the police entering and being shot by the suspect and the suspect being cleared on the shooting, too.
But make no mistake, there are plenty of police in SWAT who live for this sort of thing.
They want you to draw on them.

It’s sounds like they did knock or could anybody elaborate what it could be I’ve been seeing them say it was a no knock search

So sad for the wife. But the guns her husband sold had other's going through the same motions. However this could have been handled so much better. Whatever he had in there would still be in there if they announced themselves. This is a crime & the fake soothing knowing yall just killed this woman's husband would have sent me through the roof. Tragic.

      @Mike-hn4uu Před 9 dny

What the fuck are you talking about? The “guns he sold had others going through the same motions.” Are you insane? It’s 100% legal and fine to buy and sell guns in this country, it’s our most fundamental right. No gun that man ever sold knocked on someone’s door in the middle of the night, scared them half to death and forced a terrible reaction like this - that’s the action required by a HUMAN BEING with ill intent.

DEI ATF agents? There are reasons to question everyone's experience and ability these days.
Those in power have lost nearly ALL trust. oh wait... there goes the last bit.
