I believe bulking cutting is too overrated people don't understand it (if your BF level are higher than 20%(men) you don't need any extra you can build muscle in a maintanence level Simple if you are fat just cut to a sustainable BF level then maingain from there If you are too lean ex-under 10-12% and you don't feel good just bulk to a good sustainable BF level and then maingain
