A Truck show without awards is the most authentic... just a big group of people that all share the same interests, like a big hang out. Like the idea a lot.

I`m more impressed with the "working truck" class, than the "show trucks". It requires a lot more TLC. The both of you have always impressed me in the way you take care of your equipment.

Hi Alice and Martin. Incredible video. I have been to a lot of shows. There is one HUGE difference to me between show trucks and working trucks. Show trucks reveal the passion for Large cars, and a love of them. Working turcks show a truckers love of trucking, pride in what they spend most of their lives in, and a just all around respect for the profession. Be safe, and look forward to your next video..

That red 359 Peterbilt look like Big R our 83 359 we bought new in September of 82, I was 7 years old and my grandma gave me my inheritance of 25k . we used that 25k for the down payment for my 83' 359 . Then we sold it in December of 1995
So in other words I use my 25k for the down payment and the deal was that Mom and Dad made the payments and ran the truck until my 18th birthday call on my 18th birthday dad signed the title over to me

A spread takes some getting used too. Just be careful of the overhang if you turn and dump the rear axle. The advantage is you can load heavy on the back.

Hi Martin and Alice. I just saw where storms and tornadoes ripped through Wisconsin. I don't know if it was near y'all or not. I hope all is well. Wisconsin is in my thoughts and prayers. We had 7 tornadoes come through several of our little towns here in Arkansas my family had some damage to the house but several homes and businesses in different cities were destroyed. Loved the video,thanks for taking us to the truck show,ur truck is looking good except those short stacks donât like the look pulling a refer,flat bed,tank,hopper bottom yeah. JMO
considering they cost $1000 and they get taller stacks wouldâve been $7000 weâre going with the short ones for now.

Suggestion if you have the time do CZcams shorts to possibly increase subscribers and revenue.
Agreed! Casey LaDelle has apparently had great success with them. And it should take only a short time to make one! But I prefer the longer shorts, as the 15+ second ones replay too quickly.

Great videos as always and absolutely love all the trucks, I'm just curious Alice why you have an Iowa license plate on your truck when you live and work out of Wisconsin?
carrier is out of Iowa and Iowa plates are cheaper to buy than WI so we got it through them. Itâs common practice in trucking to have plates outside of your home state

Thank God your truck is an auto, otherwise you probably would have forgot how to shift gears since you retired.
It actually takes alot of skill. Weâre gonna do a video on how to shift the 12 speed endurant.

I have Liked Trucks since was Little in mid 70s - 80s Traveling Back and Forth from South Carolina to Virginia to Visit Both Sets of Grandparents, just West of Virginia Tech, When Saw COEs and Hooded Trucks on the Roads Often even in Town where I Live! Good Ol Days! YES Conventionals More Comfortable, Easier to Do Maintenance on but ALL PERSONS NOT Have to Drive Them as Do Now These YEARS!! Oo Well. I Like the Black Double Bunk Peterbilt 362 and Purple w900 the BEST out of All Trucks in Video!! YES Alice Ur 579 Was Fantastic!! I'm Just Not into Red Trucks even though I Like Different Shades of Red especially The Ruby Metallic Reds! Take Care Amigos đđȘđ
