Tire chalk works great for marking tandems slider.
When servicing the reefer don't forget to remove the hand primer pump and clean out the strainer screen in the hold down bolt.

Good video and I really like that trailer! It’s been a long time since I have been to Seymour and I delivered there at the grocery store the other Friday. Ended up coming in on County G since I wasn’t sure where I could all go on those closed roads. Wisconsin sure seems to be in love with those merry-go-rounds ..
TK readout is air temp. Product temp isn’t matching until all of the heat is taken out of it. Seems weird they’re expecting you to cool that product for them.
When I let my trailer sit for a few months, my tandems didn't want to slide the first few times I started using it again, thought brakes just needed adjusted. Nope i think the rails just got surface rusted from not sliding for a while and stills slides just fine no matter the weight.

If you use two choks it is better for the frame and it moves easier.

Tarp straps on the bottom underneath your load. Lock clips to help keep them from swinging. They won't wear out as fast.

Would have to undercoat it. Previous owner didn’t do a good job a washing it but being it’s been a Wisconsin trailer all its life it’s doing good

When I worked at Western Distributing, the shop gave up a bag of reusable rivets.
( I still have some lol)
The OEM rivets are the reusable type. Use a small screwdriver or dikes to grab the center pin. Then pull out. When the pin is pushed in, it spreads the ears.
Sometimes the old holes in the trailer ceiling or wall is wallowed out. Then you have to drill or bore a new hole ( with a #2 Phillips)
I carried a set of Knipex mini bolt cutters for those cable seals.
Good taste of music
We use fender washers when repairing so they distribute the weight. Hope this helps. Also, those load lock holders for the back of cab are great time savers. Hope this helps you out.

Check into a side chute kit
Some shippers won't load side chutes especially some produce shippers
Some shoppers won’t load, and other recently have become even more strict on not taking side shutes. Seem to think that’s why they have so many rejects.

Yup that reefer does a great job. Condensed milk is bought off the shelf and not associated with sitting in a cooler. I have to say Alice you do have nice big chrome stacks but I like the clean look of Tiny Dancer better. I never thought I would say that ever because big chrome stacks always impressed me. Plus I never would have ever thought that I would pick an aero over the 900 L. God can you actually teach an old dog new tricks. Barks loudly..Martin over time you’ll get that reefer running the way you want and fixing all those things that are coming up. Chrome screens on the reefer unit will set that off big time. Nothing finer than a tractor trailer polished and color coordinated with each other. It shows you take pride in your ride. Plus ya don’t think the scales, DOT or what have you don’t notice. They know if the outside looks that good they kind of know your running a above board professional trucking company. Roll up with dirty truck that looks like it doesn’t get service or washed much then it’s like a field day for them, and it should be. we have e-track straps in both trucks, just don’t use as much as the bars. Depends on the load

Without direct sunlight bearing down on it - works great. My experience with it in Idaho middle of the day 100+ out is it works good if you have your area closed off (I was in the sleeper so had the sleeper curtains closed) probably had it in the mid to upper 70’s in there but when I had to go up front for something it was game over as all the hot air from up there came to the back. So in that case would have to idle to help get temp back down then it could take it over. If I made the space even smaller (draped a blanket from top bunk down to my bunk and only had it blowing in the bed space I feel it would have been just fine.
