Ingredients:
1 kilo Beef (brisket)
1 medium Red Onion (minced)
4 - 6 cloves Garlic (minced)
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
2-3 tbsp Brown Sugar
3 pcs Star Anise
4 cups Beef Stock
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Cornstarch plus 1/4 cup Water
Pepper to taste
Garnish:
Onion Leeks (slice)
Fried Garlic Bits
