🍩 EASTER DONUT 🌺🐇

My idea for this Easter differs a bit from the usual traditional cakes that are seen here and there in this period, so I thought to offer you the EASTER DONUT!
... what better opportunity to amaze your children at breakfast, with this soft donut with the scents of the traditional italian dove? ..and don't miss the opportunity to amaze them, decorating it with the chocolate eggs that all children have always loved!

Shopping list:
270 gr of flour 00
2 tablespoons of potato starch
60 gr of almond flour
150 gr of almond drink
150 gr of melted butter, at room temperature
1 sachet of baking powder
50 gr of candied orange
zest of an orange
1 tablespoons of honey
160 gr of granulated sugar
4 yolks
4 egg whites
For my decoration I used:
blanched almonds
dark chocolate ganache
icing sugar
chocolate eggs
