  • Today I will show you my recipe step by step to obtain the softest krapfen you have ever eaten and with a lot of space inside for your favorite fillings.
    (one last tip: knead already early in the morning to perfectly respect all the rest times, essential for a good result).

    Shopping list:
    500 gr of "strong" flour
    2 eggs
    150 gr of water
    45 gr of butter in little pieces
    flavors: vanilla bean (or concentrate) / orange zest
    15 gr of brewer's yeast
    40 gr of sugar
    6 gr of salt
    1 teaspoon of baking
