Percutaneous left trans hepatic access for PTMC of a patient with dextrocardia and IVC interruption

In a woman with dextrocardia and inferior vena cava (IVC) interruption, percutaneous left transhepatic access was applied for septostomy of interatrial septum and balloon dilation of mitral valve(PTMC).
