I dont have it. i already have I-797, I-797C, NVC Case Number notice but have not in my possession the I-130 form for F4 Brothers and sisters of US citizen. my priority date is 2004 and NVC is now processing visas for applicants coming from the philippoines whose priority date falls on aug 22, 2002, which clearly mean that mine is getting closer every year.

Hi status from Single to Married will definitely change the process. Im sure they will ask for more supplemental documentation. It is best to contact NVC or the USEmbassy call center to ask about this.

Yes, your priority date must be current before NVC can process it, once it becomes current (Filing Date or Final Action Date) they will review and approved documents.

KKD STK CEBU What you can do now is just monitor your Priority Date and move on with your current life. Don’t stress too much waiting. It will come. Mine took 14/15 years.

Check the link in the description box regarding the Police Clearance. It depends on how long did you stay in Dubai. If more than 6 months (please double check) and you worked in that foreign country, you need to secure clearance from that country.

Good day po meron po sana akong tanong bale po kase ganito ang situation yung mother ko po na approved na sa petition as us immigrant po (ang nag petition po sa kanya is yung lola kopo which is us citizen po) so nung pinetition po si mama kasama po kmi under her name which is sya yung principal and derivatives kmi ang nkalagay doon is maiden name nya and also nkalagay po sa granted petition is yung last name ni mama kasunod nun ay name namin so hindi nakalagay dun ang last name ng papa ko which is sa mga records na hawak namin and psa po namin gamit nmin last name ni papa tapos middle name lang nmin ang last name ni mama (si papa po nasa heaven na 6years ago mga mam/sir) mkaka affect po ba yun kase for interview na kmi and also ano dapat namin gawin. Sir sa june 3 na interview ko pero sa june3 din makukuha yung nbi ko. Di nila mabigay offline daw kasi nagbigay lang sila ng certification na yung nga di muna makukuha. Pwede na po kaya yung certification muna maibigay ko? :/

Check the link in the description box regarding the Police Clearance. It depends on how long did you stay in Dubai. If more than 6 months (please double check) and you worked in that foreign country, you need to secure clearance from that country.

Good day po meron po sana akong tanong bale po kase ganito ang situation yung mother ko po na approved na sa petition as us immigrant po (ang nag petition po sa kanya is yung lola kopo which is us citizen po) so nung pinetition po si mama kasama po kmi under her name which is sya yung principal and derivatives kmi ang nkalagay doon is maiden name nya and also nkalagay po sa granted petition is yung last name ni mama kasunod nun ay name namin so hindi nakalagay dun ang last name ng papa ko which is sa mga records na hawak namin and psa po namin gamit nmin last name ni papa tapos middle name lang nmin ang last name ni mama (si papa po nasa heaven na 6years ago mga mam/sir) mkaka affect po ba yun kase for interview na kmi and also ano dapat namin gawin. hi sir! thank you po for the information regarding the US Visa application. question lang po about the police certificate. if i used to work in singapore several years ago but have been back back for more than 5 yrs na dito sa tin, do i still need to get a police clearance from them? Police certificates expire after one year, unless the certificate was issued from your country of previous residence and you have not returned there since the police certificate was issued. If at the time of your interview the following three items are all true, you must bring a new police certificate to your visa interview:
You are more than 16 years old;
The police certificate submitted to NVC was obtained more than one year ago; and
You still live in the country that issued the certificate.
