Such a gorgeous book - each shed is unique and inspiring, and I love all the tiny details Kotite features to help readers imagine how to create their own She Sheds czcams.com/users/postUgkxe9yi0sulKgsp0VJJCIrLWWkvVqcU7LFR . The feature on Dinah's Rustic Retreat is like something from a fairy tale. It's really inspiring to see how creative all these ordinary people are in making beautiful and useful spaces on a modest scale.
Wow! You are such a detail oriented person. I really respect that.
haha.. my wife might disagree... when I'm in build mode the shop and garage become quite disorganized... ;)
Fur Gulley I love this ! 💕 I think u would like to see one decoratated it , look at this one ! Cutest family and coop ever ! czcams.com/video/blnII-Gz1qM/video.html
hi guys, the best results that i've had was by using the coop magic tactic (just google it) definately the most incredible info that I have ever followed.
@@ramosnash7922 adult people playing with chicken like dolls, may not be optimal for chicken :)
You put a lot of thought and planning into the whole setup. I like how you solved many of the chicken-keeping and cooping problems. Awesome! I really like the setup! Thanks for posting it!
Looks very warm
Straight to the point

Thank you! I had bought a couple of those barrels with the intent on building a gravity fed watering system, but got stuck on how the end result would turn out. Love the pipe thing :)
THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST USEFUL/INFORMATIVE VIDEO ABOUT CHICKEN COOP..YOUR INNOVATION REALLY STANDS OUT.
I don't know how anyone could dislike this video. What a genius way to put it all together. Love your ideas and will have to try some of them!
I could never think of all that myself, but I believe I can mimick yours, really like the simplicity of your plan.thanks for the video/tips
I don't understand how so many people can dislike such an informative video, too much ingratitude in this world.
Wow! You thought of EVERYTHING. You need to start selling chicken coops, extra money is s good thing! God bless you!
@@20cashdotxyz76 Hey buddy
I followed your instructions for this project. Changed a few things. Used asphalt shingles and built my run with 2x4s, cedar fencing, and chicken wire. Start to finish, I spent less than $600 on equipment. I used decking screws for everything thinking of longevity. I only have 5 chickens! Building my gravity watering system in a next couple of weeks. Thanks for the great videos. A reminder for newbies like me, when you frame the coop, don't forget to compensate for the thickness of your walls. I forgot, and have 1/2" overhanging ply on all four sides. Doesn't impact the coop, but does expose your experience.Just remember, it's all math.
Love what you did with the coop - making it easy to access, clean and care for chickens. Thank you!
Wow!! Cluckingham Palace!!! Seriously impressive coop.
Too flaming funny 🐔 lol
🐓
The best name hahahahaha!!!!
what a beautiful well thought planned and executed project!!!!
The makeshift gutter is genius.... totally using that for my coop and art studio for rain water collection. Thanks for sharing!!!!
Joe Beautiful coop and Beautiful family son. You are Blessed as I am. Love and God Bless! Uncle Jeff!
That is one fantastic coop! I can see that lots of thought went into designing and making it.

We have 4 chicks, our first ever. Building our coop. You gave me some good ideas. Thanks for sharing!!
I enjoy the watching all kinds of videos on CZcams. Watching people like yourself make there own chicken coop is amazing with some of the ideas you all come up with, from building to lighting, watering for the chickens, heating and security. I’m no carpenter by any means but, love the ideas you’ve used to make your chicken coop/run. Love your rain water system, and your design of having a weight help assist the door just amazing. Very good idea for the poop clean out to with those trays you can pull out. Very nice 👍🏻! Thanks for sharing!
Awesome Coop!! My primary takeaway though was realizing how thankful I am to live where my face may freeze off but I will never find rattlesnakes in my yard!!
This is the best setup I've seen. You put a lot of thought into it and it looks and functions great. Thanks for the clear explanations and the great tour!
Your chicken coop setup is amazingly well thought out, love it!
Wow this is one of the best chicken coop setups i seen. Great job and thanx for sharing you ideas.
This was pretty detailed. I'll Definitely be rewatching when I'm ready to rebuild my coop.
It’s great to see some of your previous project standing the test of time, still looks like it was built a few days ago. 👍🏾
thats just because I gave it a fresh coat of paint a week before the video ;)
Well explained and love how tidy everything looks!
Wow totally impressed so functional and so CLEAN you have thought of EVERYTHING… I love the pull, out poop drawers no excuse not to have a clean coop …the nicest most efficient coop I’ve seen so far…thank you for sharing ..stay blessed!
Dude you have created that space with such military precision and care that I am totally awestruck and inspired... WOW.!!
This is pretty awesome! I just got my first chickens and definitely want them to be happy. This will go onto my future build. Thank you, for sharing the knowledge.
If you're interested in how I built this coop. Here are some links to my chicken coop build for my in laws.. the construction is almost identical as this one :)

Thanks, lots of great ideas!! Moving from an urban area to a more rural area and doing some research to keep my little egg laying ladies safe!!
Thank you so much, just finishing up a coup down in Oz, loving these final last recommendations, so good, stay safe!

Monsoon rain reached all the way to the United States that is one more educated.
"I hope this was informative" Holy moly mate, that's a bloody understatement & a half!
Not even 2 minutes in & I realised I *need* to subscribe, the most articulate & informative diy video with no bullshit that I've ever seen.
May your coop provide you & your family with all the bum nuts you'll ever need!
Thank you for all the effort showing us when to find what. Made it much easier double checking on aspects needed for our plans. Really nice set up.

You're a building genius! Great focus on details ensuring a 'complete' project.
Absolutely the BEST chicken coop ever! This is better than any of the houses I grew up in... I'm a little jealous.
I so wish you were for hire, and around a thousand miles closer!!!! First time watcher, new subscriber. I miss my ladies, a raccoon got to them, but Such is the risk of a Seattle Urban Farmer!
👍Finally, a chicken coop video that shows some well kept chickens. After viewing some other channels set up I had to stop watching videos for coop ideas. Your build is great. Thanks for the tour.

WOW. You've made quite an impressive coop. I'm impressed by your engineering skills. Thanks for sharing!
Love the heads up about the snake! Very thoughtful
You thought of EVERYTHING. Congratulations !!!, a greeting from bolivia
I am deeply impressed with your quality of engineering AND, as a creator myself, quality editing complex how-to videos. Subbed.
That is simply ingenious using rainwater to water the chickens, awesome build!
There are many interesting and more advanced things, even a chicken coop, in developed countries. I think we are in Indonesia more than 200 hundred years left behind. Beautiful.
Nice set up. My chickens broke those water cups in about a week, glad they're holding up better for you.
Keep that Poop. pile it in a round wire 4ft circle, and fill it up, you'll have some excellent compost for your Garden. or plants. or a good worm bed!!
love your overall project & energy... Thanks for sharing both
Recently, i have been watching lots of coop designing and making videos. Your creation is indeed the best with high intelligence and super works.
Thanks and very informative. Show us how to build the snake catcher. Please.
Joe, your chickens live like royalty. They are on a permanent holiday in the Homesteadonomics holiday home. Great video as always and best wishes from across the pond.
Thanks Tony! My hope is that happy chickens will produce better eggs...lol Or atleast satisfy my desire to tinker with their living conditions by build things for them ;)
Who would thumbs down this video ? 🙄 people today. Great information thank you
Excellent video! I'm currently living in Sierra Vista, AZ, so it's nice to see something set up local! Can't wait to start on my chickens in a couple weeks!
GREAT VIDEO! BEAUTIFUL JOB!
🖒😊
Best watering system I have seen.
Thanks Cindy:)
I never imagined i would be envious and covet a chicken coop. But yet the day has arrived
This was one of the nicest DIY coop I’ve seen.
Amazing coop! You have skills!! I need to build one but I don't think I'll be able to pull off something this awesome. But it does give me some ideas for sure.
Great great ideas thinking about getting me one soon. Thanks for all the great ideas in the tips.
thanks David! It's a fun and rewarding venture :)
I think this is the most thought out coop I’ve ever seen. Awesome job.
Hands down the best one I seen so far 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Nice job man, inspiring. Cheers from Norway
Wow how amazing! I don't know why yt recommended you but I subscribed! Love this :)
One of the best designed coops I have seen. Great job!
My parents have chickens and I sent this to my Mom because I love this set up.
Another awesome project🏆When I'm feeling down all I have to do is watch one of your videos💉 😊 it's the best pick me up ever📈 You must not be third eye blind😉😇
Nice. I’ll make some improvements to my existing setup. Also, I could tell we must be neighbors! We’re down the road in Sonoita.
I love all your ideas! I must say that I’m really surprised that chicken wire has kept predators out. I’ve learned the hard way to always double it with welded wire fencing or something sturdy like that. Raccoons and foxes have chewed right through. I’ve been told that chicken wire was designed to keep chickens in - not to keep predators out. However, I haven’t had electric fence around mine. Love LOVE the watering cup idea! The water stays so much cleaner without having to clean out waterers twice a day!😁
These chicks live in a palace and you are so humble! We will definitely be using your videos in our upcoming chicken endeavors! Great video!
tweeted.... Chickens, gateway drug to homesteading ;-)
weetreebonsai haha...yes they are indeed! I think they are the perfect entry into homesteading and DIY projects since so many things need to come together...construction, watering feeding and caring for animals, maintenance, harvesting a bounty, raising young animals,....just gives so many awesome aspects in one thing😀
Amazing coop! Does water get in to the feed measuring stick hole? Im looking into building a coop and will use many of your ideas.
Thanks for sharing your experience with us!
Well done. People have zero idea abiut hwe chickens are so loving, They follow you around like a bf.
Built a few fences with those round timber poles and they always warp! Dad always said, "you pay peanuts, you get monkeys"
haha... ain't that the truth! :D
true, sounds like the border situation...
Amazing info! Thank you!
Thanks Tina!
Excellent chicken coup with so many great ideas used.
I am so impressed! What a detailed oriented person you are well done!
Yur chickens don't know how nice they have it...great job!...you get an attaboy!
Thanks Matt!
Love the coop. We made a similar watering system. Where is the video on the food feeder build? I cannot seem to find it. I really want to make one for our chickens. Keep up the good work.
I like the watering system. I will need to figure out how to keep it all from freezing during the NC winters. Great job by the way
Very nicely built. Well planned out. Great tour. Very informative. 👍👍
my guy, your IQ is off the chart, very attractive lifestyle you have :) subscribed
Joe, there are so many things going on in this video I don't know where to begin, Lol. First off, I was saying before a coop you build yourself is going to be less expensive and probably way more durable. The coops in the stores look like they would fall apart in a strong wind😂. There are a lot of great tips in here, I really enjoyed the part about coop security, it gave me some ideas. Great job as always. This is definitely what chicken coops should aspire to be. 👍
Thanks for checking it out Jim! It's not perfect but definitely one of those long term projects that keeps you revisting and re tweaking to get the most out of it....hahah.... or maybe I just like to tinker ;)
Green Dream Project ввппмаа
Been watching your videos for a while now. Finally finished my chicken coop based off of your design and video. Thank you so much for your awesome videos!
wow.....i have to do a lot to improve my chicken amateur coop... thank you so much for the detailed information about the wood size and the 4x4 recommendations. The solar lights idea is fantastic. I really enjoyed the small details at the doors and how to keep it lifted too. Awesome job!
Awesome
stefan batt thanks for checking it out Stefan!
Really nice Joe! Great job. 👍
Thanks Ron!
Thank you so much for taking so good care of your feathered babies ❤🐥🐤🐔. I have four little angels like yours in my house, and they fill my life with joy 😊. Chickens are the best pets someone could wish for, and you are an amazingly talented man. Be blessed!
