Mexico in December | Cancun | Sandos Cancun All Inclusive

- A friend and I went to Mexico for the Holiday for the second time. The first was in December of 2019.
This is our experience at the all inclusive resort Sandos Cancun.
Overall the resort was clean, the staff was friendly, the drinks were very good for a resort (I have had some bad ones over the years), the location was perfect a walking distance from La Isla Paradise and Kulkulcan malls are a walking distance (if you don't mind 10 to 20 minutes walk).
If you want to go on excursions the hotel is centrally located in Cancun to make it super easy.
The down side: the hotel needs to be updated because it is dated. Even the smell give it away and my room did not even have carpet (even though it is clean, you cannot miss the old smell).
She keeps saying it's dated and needs to be updated. The place was updated 12 years ago. It only opened in 1998. You also booked one of the cheapest rooms. You need to manage your expectations.
Honestly why complain about being outdated when it's a very affordable all inclusive resort with great service. If you want top notch then pay top dollar for other resorts. For people staying at sandos for the dollar it's worth it. By the way who stays in their room on vacation 🤷♂️
Actually it is not a matter of complaining as much as pointing out what is there for those who might want to know. I've stayed in many different resort/hotels, when I make my videos I complimented on the great things that I see and talk about what I did not like or what they might want to upgrade.

Gurlllllll... That suitcase did me well, I even said thank you before throwing it away. I had it for about 7 years.
