Nice but in my opinion the one just up the road in Playa Del Carmen is way nicer. We frequent Palmaia ( next door ) and have to pass through Sandos to get to our resort. From the tennis courts, game rooms, to huge theaters etc. It's super nice. Alex is definitely on to something in the resort world and his nature 1st initiative is brilliant.
