I’m college softball they pitch from 43 feet that is father up the a 10 year old pitching mound and they throw about 63 mph from 43 feet and that’s about a 80 mph pitch.
Overall baseball is harder but if you played baseball for awhile then you’ll most likely find it difficult to hit the pitches mostly because in softball you’re closer and the ball goes up instead of down but thats just my opinion

You should do the test evenly. Have a man pitch the softball and the baseball have the woman pitched the softball and baseball. Then do the same experiment but with hitting
