As much as I have not liked him as an actor, he has made alot of logical real videos exposing what is going on and shown real examples and asked the real questions to the people. Which is really weird coming from him but it doesn't matter where you stand politically, he's been right and made ALOT of sense.

Judges are SUPPOSED to be impartial, THIS ONE clearly takes joy in an act that, a) isn't gonna bring the victim back and, b) could very well, considering the history of the US "justice system" turn out to be a false conviction years or even decades down the road.
