Video about what I take with me on my long motorcycle trips was the most requested so here it is. I had to split it into 2 parts and this is the second part about personal stuff I take with me and the luggage I use.
I would like to thank @valleontour for the epic video from our Lurë, Albania adventure and that he made sure I can use my saw.... :)

I got Vibran five fingers shoes, love em and very minimalistic.
Yea that tent is super comfy. I'm not too keen on the 5 finger shoes, especially when I need to go for a business meeting it may be a bit awkward and after all I'm digital nomad so I occasionally need to dress up a bit more than just the riding gear.

The overall weight is good question and I've measured it before I left. It all comes out to 26,8kg + Rotopax (empty) + HippoHips (4.2kg) =~ 32kg.
If I have 4L of fuel + 1L stove fuel + 4.5L water we are looking at potential 41,5kg fully loaded for the multi-day Sahara expedition.
In terms of the bashplate, really what does aesthetically work for you will be good. I have experience with the Yamaha one which I cracked in the weld but it was solid 4mm aluminium. You can't get wrong with Outback motortek or CamelAdv in my opinion as well.
If you want to go with alternative materials...
The AXP Racing makes a plastic one which does hold up very well and is light I heard.
I'm now using 3D Moto (www.3dmoto.pl) carbon fiber bash plate and it so far handles everything very well for fraction of the weight.
I also like the 3D Moto one as it's tall in the front keeping crap out of the engine.

Hi Pavel, me again. I checked all of your suggestions. Unfortunately lots do not fit to the euro 5 model. Mounted the acd racing bash plate and it looks bonkers. Will see how it goes. Cheers

Why did you choose soft bags over hard panniers? Seems like hard is more resistant to damage and weather
Damage from falling
In my opinion the soft bag is much safer for the rider. I know quite a few people who broke their legs/ankles on the hard panniers. Soft bag will absorb energy and there is fewer sharp edges.
Soft bags will get scratched when you crash but usually don't break. Aluminium boxes can crack or bent badly or damage your luggage rack and subframe as they transfer all the energy onto them.
Those are my reasons for soft luggage.
How do you pack all of this onto the bike 😆
Hehe! Right, it is insane amount of items I carry on the bike and when you combine it with the Tools & Spares, it's pretty impressive I can carry all of that.
What is also incredible that because of Tracker 10 the Turkana HippoHips on one side are 1/2 full which allows me to put groceries and so on to it!
@@FARANDFURTHER they are half full!? Do you have a video or can you make it how you manage to pack all of the on the bike, when I get bike I was planning to get bags of this sort without any hard cases and bulky frames, just tent and some stuff for short travels
@@lukabrankovic It is really simple. In the video you see that tent + sleeping bag is in Tracker, tent poles are strapped with the carpet on the Backcountry 30. All clothes goes into one Hippo which is full and the other Hippo is 1/2 full.
