You discuss real world issues with transition from rhythm to lead , great advice. Thanks Stich
Merry Christmas to you and you family. Thanks for all the great lessons during the year it is a wonderful blessing for us senior players!
Thx U r a good teacher
Thanks. I always come away from you videos with something of value.
You really are the man! I can really see the potential in this practice regime! I love to noodle but you keep me on the straight and narrow!!
Very good lesson, basic fundamentals.
Thank You, for the golden nugget! Tempo and timing have always been a major snag of mine. After just a few minutes, I can feel and hear improvement! Your Method Speaks the Truth Mr. Stich. Happy Holidays and a prosperous New Year
You always have a way of finding the perfect topic for a great lesson!! Thank you!
Hey Stitch! Love the lesson really enjoyed it your looking good Happy Holidays 🎸
Stitch, when i first started guitar only 1 yr ago i could not grasp most of what you taught. I pushed through playing chords without buzzing, learned more chords and currently learning barr chords and 3 or 4 chord songs. Now going back to your videos, because of your content and your talent of explaining thing the way you do i feel you have projected me into practicing thing i expected to practice years down the road.. Thank you and you are the best mentor i have found on any media available. I cant thank you enough. This lesson alone opens up so much vision and possabilities for a beginner like myself. You have no idea ( maybe you do) what this video has done for me. Thank you so much.
I love it when its simple and when baby steps give me big gains. Thanks✌
I really appreciate this basic lesson / exercise. Thanks!
Merry Christmas and new year to all. And thanks for the great lessons.
Brilliant, absolutely brilliant lesson. Thanks for sharing 🎸🤓

MY GUY ❤ after your help my playing improves everytime
Thanks Silvia. Means a lot
@@StichMethodGuitar Means a lot to me too! :)
Thank you Stich. Exactly what I am grappling with. Religiously followed your soloing videos. I now understand the fundamentals but freeze when it comes to soloing over a simple 145.I mess up, when transitioning because of timing and rhythm. Going to practice this exercise.
Another simple yet powerful lesson!!
This helped me so much thank you!!
Merry Christmas Stich, another great lesson!
Happy New Years, to you and yours, Ian! And everybody!

Great video!!!!!!!!! I am learning so much from you!!! Thank you :)
Thanks stitch and merry Christmas 🎸🎶🎄🎅🏽
another great lesson Stich man. thanks
Merry Christmas Stitch!
Stich, the only thing I regret is not finding you earlier. You truly are, in my humble opinion, the best out there. I’ve been watching all the other dudes and then I came across your free 2hr masterclass! Excellent! I.m trying to get back into playing after years away and get really confused as to practice regimes. There’s a big buzz right now with guitarists promoting this ‘get out of scale shapes/pentatonic practice’, and ‘free your mind’ and break out so as not to limit yourself within box shapes. Could you please shed some light on what they are trying to get across? How can you break free from basic fundamental knowledge in the form of scale shapes if you don’t know the shapes initially so as to free your mind?? You rock Stitch! Have a healthy, happy and successful 2021!
Thank you , great lesson.
Great lesson Ian!!
Thank You Mr Stitch great lesson. Please post more like this ;-)
Cheers stitch all the best.
thanks man! great exercise to have under the belt!
Merry Christmas Stitch.
wish you and your family a Merry X'mas and a Happy New Year. Thanks for the great lessons.
Self taught with assistance, I have struggled with this for so long but kept at it and have advanced some and yesterday I was angry for not being able to "get it" this came in on the right beat lol, Thanks!
Great lesson & practice. I agree that tapping your foot is a good habit to include in one's playing
Good one sir 👌
Thanks
this is something i struggle with; good approach; must try
This is very helpful even when I didn't think I needed it. Thank you. P.S. It was good to see how you recover after a little mistake.
Merry Christmas 🎄!!
Loving the fundamentals stuff. Would you be able to make a video about crescendos (like Chalkdust Torture style) and how to build the tension and how to release it, such as what notes to aim for, some exercises, etc?
Great practice idea. Bet its harder than it looks . Have a great holiday 🦅
Have a Merry Christmas
Important video like Stitch would say a meat and potatoes lesson...Roland J Gutierrez from Magdalena New Mexico usa..
I’m having trouble keeping rhythm when soloing over chords like nobody no when ur down and out I’m ok the start and then screw up ☹️☹️cheers for this in incouragment stitch take care from Ireland 🇮🇪
Merry Christmas. Great lesson. Any thoughts on using a looper to practice building up the layers?
Big fan and I love all your lessons, I was wondering if you could do an “in the mind of” dicky betts for “one way out” your the only one out there who does it as good as you do
Have a Safe and Happy Rockin' Holiday Groovy Dude! Peace and Love to the family.
but if the drummer and bass are playing that do i play the same thing. derek trucks is aping the bass player ? in jazz if the rhytem section is play swing 8 notes does the soloist also?
I spy with my little eye... 3 Phred guitars.
Do you critique solos if someone (me) sends you a video?
On my Patreon I have that option under the Dr. Stich’s Diagnosis and Prescription tier
If I hit that subscribe button again, I will unsubscribe 😬😬😬
Oh yeah, don’t do that 😬
