New Trail Day! | Blacksburg VA New Trails First Run | Wavelength | Mineral Way | Chimney

Some of the new trails opened last weekend, but the weather has been very wet. Today I got out to check out the new trails! I made the mistake of going up Gateway, and over on Chimney(which was unmarked). I don't think there is a parking lot at the bottom of the new trails but there has to be a better way.
Next Time out I will see.
In this video we ride down the bottom half of Mineral Way, All of Wavelength(and session the lower part a little), and then back to the gateway lot via Chimney.

Its between the mcdonald hollow trails and gateway. I went up gateway by the jump park and cut over on Chimney. There is road access but i dont think parking. Its listed as property #2 on the pverty creek trail coalition

If you want to ride here you can park at McDonald Hollow and ride to the Stonecutters Hollow trailhead which is maybe a quarter mile up the road. From there you can ride up the gravel road until you see the first trail on the right which you can climb to the top.
