As a former solider I can tell you, if I got that letter in theater me and the entire squad would be laughing for days!
Dude definitely still gets roasted for that.

I mean, after so many days in a warzone wouldn't you like to receive something nice for once?
Trying to figure out who his dad is would be fun in itself.

4:50 Yeah, about that... he didn't die after running 26 miles. He died after running 26 miles TWICE WITH BASICALLY NO TIME TO STOP (once each direction) in what was, at the time, full armor, just for a CHANCE to save his people. They turned one leg of his run into a race basically to honor his dedication. It was a way of CELEBRATING him, not flexing on him.
Oh dude, sweet. Never heard that part of the story before!
So its the Ultramarathoners who are flexing on him.
It’s more funny if we just think that it’s constatantly people flexing on him

I've looked into the Korean Girl / Hot Korean Girl thing before. Yuna Song was a little girl, aged about 10, in one scene of the movie. The others were late teens, early 20s, dressed in somewhat revealing outfits, in an entirely different scene. It probably wouldn't have been appropriate to credit Yuna Song as one of the hot Korean girls.
Ah, that makes sense. Though I feel they could've credited her as "Young Korean Girl" instead of just "Korean Girl", that way it's still appropriate without being unintentionally demeaning.
Still tho.

Ah yes, Grzegorz Brzęczyszczykiewicz, a Polish name that is only considered famous and a tongue twister because of a comedy film from 1969 (based on a book). It's called "How I Unleashed World War II" and the main character purposefully confuses a N*zi officer by giving him that made-up name just to see him struggle to write it down. It's actually a good comedy film.
Oooh that reminds me of that japanese joke name "Jugemu Jugemu Go-Kō-no-Surikire Kaijari-suigyo no Suigyō-matsu Unrai-matsu Fūrai-matsu Kū-Neru Tokoro ni Sumu Tokoro Yaburakōji no Burakōji Paipo Paipo Paipo no Shūringan Shūringan no Gūrindai Gūrindai no Ponpokopii no Ponpokonā no Chōkyūmei no Chōsuke”. @@Lufia4 It's a fun movie, the guy is convinced he started WWII and, while trying to fix things, gets into ridiculous situations. In 7th grade I had a habit of spacing out, ADD and all-and there was this one girl who would often complain to other people (never me for some reason) that I ‘wasn’t doing anything’. Not that it was any of her business, but I did do my assignments and got them turned in usually on time.
One time we were tasked with writing essays and then correcting another student’s assignment. This girl clearly didn’t expect me to get hers because she had written a short story about me being euthanized. The thing with the mushrooms is that some animals can eat mushrooms that are poisonous to us and not die, so the first person to write that down had to put an asterisk with "deadly to people, safe to animals" or something like that.

The only current viable renewable power source we have are the solar plants that point mirrors at a molten salt ball, but people throw fits over birds dying to them, and that they need to be built in desert like areas (99% sun areas) and even this relies heavily on batteries, there are also hydro and geothermal power that works, but I personally have no idea how effective either of these are/ability for these to be placed anywhere.

as a julia, i am heartbroken and i am incredibly sorry for the guy who lost his fish
give him back his effing goldfish, Julia!
Yeah Julia, return the man's goldfish!!
As a Brit the idea that Lucifer picked up the accent as it is the most common one in Hell ,made me laugh out loud I thought it was brilliant .It is so nice to think that people believe we are more fun than they first imagined ..🤣🤣🤣

Revelry in the dark, I suppose.
If you know, you know. :]
Fun fact....a woman went on a reality show to find true love. after a while she felt she was on the "Truman show".......producers had to tell her....."you got us. you actually are"
Legit. reality show was a fake one, to fool ordinary people to think they were on a new reality show. it was a reality show but everyone were actors...it would all center around the non actor (season 2 had 2 normal people where the girl was on). the actors would be reality show stereotypes and act based on the normal guy.
show was called "Joe Schmo Show" season 1 was meant to be like Big Brother, season 2 like Bachouler, season 3 was around a fake reality show to become a bounty hunter
8:06 as a Polish person, I can only say, GO GO GO! run away, away from this swamp as soon as possible

This is a hilarious subreddit! I was cracking up the whole time! 🤣
On the joke that "hit the Mark", there was this tumblr reblog of a kid crying, saying he'd been beat up for being called Mark, the reblogs simply were "that's gon-" and another "that's gonna leave a-"
And it's one of my favorite things to have happened on the internet cause you can hear the guy laugh
Mark, please get out of the room and eat at the dinner table. I don't care if you have a video to record, do it later.
I never knew the click had a name
@@narc2.036 Yeah, it's Mark Deck, isn't common knowledge?
@@Mollygan And OT is James
hold up, OT and Click have actual names????? I deny this fact. Their legal named are Click and One Topic. You cannot convince me otherwise, even though I'm wrong. I shall deny it
@@bundroid9793 first name the, last name click
25:44 The film is "The Interview" and she is not hot because.... she is a child.
As a soldier, I can confirm that Ive gotten letters like that and we had to call a school to tell them to READ THE LETTERS BEFORE GIVING THEM TO SOLDIERS. Theyre still hilarious though 😂😂
7:56 I absolutely love how Poland is just standing still and everyone else is walking away from them 😂 it kinda reminds me of these pictures where 1 person is highlighted/different color/etc among gray people 💀
WAIT OKAY THERE’S A REASON THERE’S “hot Korean girls” and “Korean girl”
Yuna song was a child- she was only like 11? And I think her only scene was a song at the beginning of the movie-
That makes so much sense.
But why didn't the write for her "korean girl" and for the others ( which I just asume are adults) "korean women " ?
@Blink
I can’t answer why they put Korean girls for the women. I think it was because they were supposed to be portrayed as young, but old enough to hit on. Really gross, but that’s my theory.
@@3ggn0g It was more a retorical question 😅
because "girls" by def. means underage
It's pedophilia culture and sexism
as you said an adult woman isn't attractive enough because she is not as easy to manipulate as an adolescent person.
@@DoNotBlink. ...when did i say an adult woman isn't attractive?? I'm not angry, I'm just confused.
also, sorry, I have trouble differentiating tones, sarcasm, and rhetorical questions in text
Makes sense. Still, if I was her, I would still find that kinda insulting.

4:46 Fun fact: he was running to give news of what had happened in a war that was going on at the time. If I remember correctly, he was running to Athens and it was crucial the city knew something. He made it, said a quick what happened, and then collapsed dead.
Bryan’s got his facts straight. My dad was in the military, helicopter pilot, and an asshole as well.
The Lucifer series thing at 12:35 makes sense in TV&cinema. "A British villain" is a huge trope in US-made stuff, and we can assume that said villains would go to Hell. I wonder if Lucifer would've had a poorly-imitated Russian accent in the 1960s 🤔
I think it's more related to all the colonialism
Fun fact the actor tried an American accent but they thought he sounded douche (creators words and the actor) so he did a British one and found it sounded better
@@hoplesslover027 I'm pretty sure he actually is British...
Ok. While typing I started doubting myself, so I double checked. Tom Ellis is Welsh.
@@ladykoiwolfe Yep, born Welsh but brought up in Sheffield (England). He trained at RSAMD in Scotland and all UK drama schools teach Received Pronunciation as it is required so frequently here.
Probably not because Russian is not "elegant" enough.. (I don't think that, that's just how mainstream media potrays it)
I love how happi and proud he is every pun-ny joke he made :DD
a puny joke is a much better pun than pun-ny. Just sayin' :D
