Shoes on your feet, a seat organiser that fits on the back of driver& passenger seats and maybe the cold pack in the back on the floor behind the centre console

Cool episode guys. Re the foot well, could you reassign the glove box and door storage. Maybe install a netting shelf under the glove box also?

Congrats making it across the Nallarbor with 2 young kids! They're doing great! Amazing camp sites & views! I can so relate to having the pantry at my feet! I never did work out another system either..... until our 3 kids were older & then they looked after their own snack boxes & it was up to them when they ate it, but when it was gone it was gone for travel snacks!! We had main meals when we stopped usually, but not always. Like you we saved money at every turn & always packed our own food & drinks. We kept a thermos by my feet too for hubby & I to have cuppas! 🥰Blessings from South Australia💕🐨

G'day guys, thank you for your videos they are great.
I have travelled to Nullarbor, Eyre Hwy 5 times and have never got sick of it.. My last road trip was back in 2010, 12,500 kilometers it's bringing back memories.. Yes I'm from Adelaide. Travel safe.. Have fun.

Great video! To be honest, my passenger seat looks pretty much the same, so I'll be checking your comments to see for suggestions to help to hahaha

Enjoyed your travel through but didn’t realise the many sites and camp stops out there now. We ran through it some forty odd years ago flat chat in a car with no air, power steering or cruise… and it did rain and was quite cold on the way to Perth but well over 40° on the way back. Nevertheless I must say loved every second of the drive. Looking forward to your future escapades. Take care and be safe

Congrats you made it, the camping spots you stayed at are all written down thank you and now the big one what was your average fuel consumption in the Mitsubishi Triton haha. Happy Travels to you and the family 🤗🤗

Whoops… forgot to add. If you go home across the Nullabor, take a detour out to Koonalda Station. It is abandoned the turn off is 6klm east of the border and 9 klms down a dirt road to the old Eyre Hwy. well worth the trip, camp overnight and go out to a really decent sized cave too! A real piece of history with lots to see.

The wife has put a box between the 2 rear passenger seats on the floor which holds snacks, thermos andour cups while travelling. The box size is approx 400mm square and about 300mm in depth. does the trick for us

hi team. new to the channel and enjoying it. We are looking at purchasing a second hand MR Triton. How have you found it towing that van. What is the GVM of the van and did you need to fit an aftermarket transmission cooler? thanks

Curious as to how you had bananas, apples and tomatoes after going through the quarantine station and before Norseman where the next shopping is??

Good question! The otherside of the boarder, on the WA side we got talking to a few travellers who were heading to Adelaide and instead of them throwing out their fruit, they gave it to the kids. Thank you to those kind people!! 😊

5:39 Have you tried putting one of the bags in the floor well behind the driver's seat (where it is easy to put your hand back and get stuff out as needed)?
