It would normally need to be held prior to any surgery. However we normally will consults with a patient's cardiologist prior.
I have been watching your videos good information. I have had a penile implant for years,it went bad it was down for two weeks before replacement. Had it replace around four weeks one of my cylinders came through the Eureka making it hard to pee . 8:44
How many years worked your implant
Greetings, I am getting an implant in 3 weeks. I have a very good pump I've been using and also a combination pump massager. These 2 devices have increased my length and girth. How soon after surgery can I use these devices? I've been using the massager pump for about 20 minutes and then use the pump to check size. I've gained 1 inch back. I am sooooo very grateful for all you do and my woman sends her highest regards. THANK YOU!!!
Can you share the pump device you purchased?
I bought my devices on Amazon. No name on them. One is light green and has suction and spin modes, the other is long slender tube. It comes with a vagina insert, 3 tube ends and some rings. I had the AMS700 LGX implant. I lost 1 inch in length and am now about 5 inches. I also lost an inch in the circumference. Not good. But it stays hard. My lady is NOT happy. I ordered a penis sleeve. I am now looking at injections to increase girth. I don't know if it's possible after implant. I'm told that in about a year, the ams700 LGX WILL increase the length and girth. I've experienced sooooo much deception selling magic bullets. I just wish someone would tell the Truth

can you use a Vacuum pump with a implant and can you use a RX sleeve or a manhuud sleeve with the implant?

I had crohn’s had large intestines removed they left about a foot incase I could have a pull down and that didn’t happen and than had that removed in doing so dr said that some nerve damage may occur and it did. Now I stay soft all the time thanking about getting an implant I have been that way for years. Will the pump help out the penis in the way that you are talking about with the inflation and deflation and may add cc before Penis implant surgery. Thank you

Hi my urologist give me the pump, then took me off tamolusin and give me the 5 mg of tadalafil. I was taking that for a while till I had back surgery and couldn’t pee and hospital dr said to stop taking that and go back on tamalusin. The tadalafil did make me a little larger so I hated giving it up. Can I get the implant with taking finesteride and tamalusin. I know it’s not spelled right.
Hi, MD here with 45 years of medical experience. I had the Boston Scientific AMS 700 (or 750?) penile implants over a decade ago. If you had the surgery over a month ago, there is *no* reason you can’t take both Tamulosin *and* tadalafil. There is zero medical research that indicates that these 2 meds are incompatible. The Tamulosin decreases blood congestion in the prostate gland. That allows you to pee more freely. The tadalafil constricts venous outflow from your penis. That develops & maintains an erection. No, you won’t be walking around with an erection for 3 days. In the *vast* majority of men, sexual penile stimulation is required to achieve & maintain an erection You won’t get an erection when you manipulate your penis to pee. . No contraindications about using both. I ‘m a 70 yr old guy with ALS. Even though my muscle mass is decreasing rather quickly, the penis, thanks to both meds, continues to function properly at the urinal and in bed, with my wife of 50 years! I hope this is helpful for you!
How about a grower penis? I meen a penis that is very short in flacid, but grows a lot then erected?.. The implant full pumped will be near full eredted , but how about then not pumpet? will the penis be shortened af before? Or rather long but soft?

I would normally recommend in a healthy person with no heart problems to take 20-25 mg daily. However please consult with your physician before taking any new medications.

Thanks for sharing this information. As I am getting older, I am noticing my penis seems to be "shrinking," especially when flaccid. I'm already on a daily low dose of Tadalafil (2.5mg) since it helps regulate my blood pressure with the added benefit of no ED but I really was concerned about why my penis seemed to be shrinking. Now I know why and know what is something I can do to mitigate it. The information on the pump was what was missing. I've already ordered mine and it should be here in a few days. I will follow your recommendation of at least 2x per day to stop the shrinkage. Thank you. 👍

Hello, while squats and stretching are great for exercise, they will not likely do much to penile length. You should use the vacuum pump when not erect as an exercise over time.
