Not totally true. You can tell I have one as I stick out about 40% erect. I was out for 3.5 hours for the surgery. I don't get nearly as hard as I used to. The pump collapses before I am totally hard. My apologies to the god Dr. you are correct if the procedure was done correctly.

Hi my urologist give me the pump, then took me off tamolusin and give me the 5 mg of tadalafil.
