i have fixed it now, i copied every setting you had on the set up and my 3 speed settings did not match up and throttle voltages were all showing 0.02 so i changed them and i unchecked them on the port settings the same as you had and its working perfect ! thanks again

What are the best regen brake settings if you only have front brakes. I want the setting that will give me enough time to use the front brake safely.

Do Lingbo and VOTOL use the same controller program? I have a Lingbo interface to flash the controller, but I don't have the parameter table like your Ld-em-v3 there.

Did you have any issues installing the drivers for your computer to recognize this USB cable? Some how the provided driver software is not installing properly. The programming software opens up but I can’t connect to the controller because my COM port is not connecting.
Hey man. Got a question for you. I have just purchased the em200 2sp and for some reason cannot get it to power up. Battery's brand new. Sitting at 80v, controller n throttle n motor are new . I'm not sure if I'm wiring the elock correctly
E lock is single purple/gray wire. I ad a switch and run it directly to B+.
EM 200 2sp has the red light will flash a few times when power is on
Hello Dr. I have a 120A max battery. So I should set the bus bar current to 120A and also sport mode to 120A? Is this correct?

Thank you so much for taking the time to demonstrate this for us! I have ordered an em150 2sp to run my qs 138 70H v3 motor. I believe the 138 motor has a hall phase angle of 120°.
Can you tell me if I will need to perform the self learning function to pair a qs 138 motor with the EM 150 2Sp controller?

Any idea what all the flux settings do/mean? like what is the difference between High mode 100 / 14 flux vs 100 / 10 flux?

@@tobebike For instance on high flux weakening you have 5000 /5500. What difference would 4000/4500 be? I am playing with changing these settings, rpm stays the same but the "smoothness" of the motor changes. Depending on what numbers i have the motor either wants to bounce off the table or run decent. :)

Hi !! Can you help me ? Mi E-motorbike has a VOTOL controller. In the dashboard appears a MOTOR failure and says engine has 200 °C !!!! An it seems NOT true. Can you help me with this issue ? Thanks in advance !
There’s a FB group called “VOTOL controller tuning”. Try posting there because I never heard of this issue. My opinion is maybe a wire short. Inspect all your wires. Maybe it’s a bad temp sensor or wires are touching somewhere

@@tobebike Also note that em200 2sp can do 320 A in sport for like 10seconds before falling back to normal speed busbar current.

I don’t race so I’ll ask the guys. I have a few tunes stored in my computer to import when needed. Personally im happy with the stick tune in the video
I do not really understand what bus bar amp on page one does, everything is based on sports amp, so if you have 180 amps in sports, the gears are based on that. on em 150/2 sp
I was told Busbar Amps is 1, 2 and 3 gears .
Sport mode is separate settings as I’d in the firmware on page 2
@@tobebike I think it is on the slightly older controllers if you check with an amp meter then the switches are based on sport amp the first box controls rpm based on (hdc lowrst Speed: 7000) the second box you set amp in% based on amp in sports amp i have 150/2 sp sw:232 hw:1.13
@@goelectric8269 maybe it was an easy explanation to me. It makes sense when I’m riding. I set my busbar to 70a and Sport Mode to 140a. I’m having fun on the hillclimbs in # 2 speed, pulls sikk wheelies too. Definitely more fun with busbar set to 100a but it uses more battery
@@tobebike if you set as in the video sport 180 then should have 126 battery amp and 4900rpm on 2 gears I have to go out and see if it makes any difference if I set down bus bar in battery amps edit: No driften in power draw

I just watched the video 2x I did everything u did every page wrote the program lose turn power off and on still no one movement on the throttle as I turn it
What does your “display page” read? “P” isn’t on is it ?
@@tobebike p? Sfter u said controller error i seen that and like a code up top 0000000200 but also i reset (turn the key off and on) reconnected and it went a way but still no throttle movement

hi , i applied your settings to my 200-sp controller and for some reason i am getting a flashing red light on my controller and the motor wont spin ? have you any ideas as to what i can do to correct the problem ? thanks.

@@tobebike no its not and its showing no faults either. it was running at first without a sport switch as i was waiting for it to be posted. i put the switch on and when i tried it after it would not run. i took off the switch and its the same? it just flashes a long blip then 2 fast blips

Reason I’m asking is because it’s common the 200 2sp needs a patch .
