    What up Bro!!!....man, im sorry for not commenting or watching much of your channel or anybody else's...my grandmother had a stroke and she is bed ridden...my mom feeds her and takes care of her but i have to help with changing and bathing her on a regular basis and that has taken up much of my rc time...also, ive been looking into buying a 28-32' boat and living locally on the Tennessee river and then i want to attempt the "great loop" whenever my grandmother dies...i still keep up with your videos because im subscribed but i just havent had the time to do my rc hobby...i go fishing or take my waverunner out for a while to unwind from the world...anyways, i was just hallering at ya:)

      What’s up buddy! I’m sorry to hear that! I hope you doing okay. Family comes first before the hobby. Where in the Tennessee River?

      @@westhobbiesrc8051 What up Bro!...thanks for your reply...so i live in northwest alabama and grew up on the tennessee river...wilson lake and pickwick lake...im wanting to get a 28-32 "flybridge" or "command bridge" type boat...you can drive the boat from either the top or inside the cabin and inside the cabin you have windows all around giving you a 360* view when you are inside...my plan is to cruise around the rivers for a while and get experienced with operating the radio and locking through the dams and docking my boat at ports...then, i will take the tennessee river west towards pickwick dam and then head south down the tom bigby water way into the gulf and get familiar with how to navigate in the ocean...then attempt the "great loop":)

    You might want to go back & do that belt tension the correct way.
    You need to remove the tail belt tension black 3 d printed part before tensioning the belt & as you snug up the removable red anodised parts tensioning bolt you keep winding that in until the square end of the belt tensioner that you can see in the frame slot is flush with the frame & only then is the tail belt tension correct.

    • @westhobbiesrc8051
      @westhobbiesrc8051  Před rokem

      Yes the belt is tension the right way, I’ve only built 5 of them lol

      @@westhobbiesrc8051 so why haven’t you done it as the book recommends in the video 🥴
      I understand if you have your own way but your showing potential customers how to do it & they won’t have your standard of feel & then will do it too tight or too loose resulting in problems. Anyway nice build vid it’s tempted me into buying my 3rd Raw I already have the 700 Raw & the 580 Raw electric versions I’m soo tempted with a nitro tho now we’re approaching winter here in the UK

    Did you size the links on the tail to the arms of the tail blade arms? Like with every other Goblin they are stiff in this case more stiff than any other so far.

    • @westhobbiesrc8051
      @westhobbiesrc8051  Před rokem

      Size them? Like with a ball link reamer? No, never have. They are tight but they break/wear in in about 20-30 flights. After that check and it will feel a lot smoother and not so stiff.
