    In this video, we’re going to talk about sinus congestion, and how you can rid sinus congestion fast.
    This incredible technique will help open up the sinuses for sinus congestion relief, and it has to do with acupressure.
    You have seven bones in the neck. The second vertebrae in the neck (C2) connect to the sinus passages. So, what you’re going to do with this technique is use acupressure to work on the second vertebrae. You can have someone do this technique on you, or you can use my massage tool on yourself without help.
    Two more things you can do for nasal congestion and sinus pain:
    1. Drop the pH by mixing one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and one teaspoon of lemon juice in a glass of water and drink up.
    2. Get plenty of vitamin A to help support the tissues of the sinuses and reduce inflammation in the sinuses. Kale is one of the best sources of vitamin A.

    Yep. I discovered this technique by trial and error. I have a dodgy back and roll up and down a polystyrene roller. I have found it is excellent for massaging the neck vertebrae and I actually notice my sinus opening up and clearing. I also suffer from Tinnitus (possibly sinus related) and this helps.

Then i message my sinuses and forehead. And try to relax as much as possible. I wear fly earplugs and let the pilot and flight attendants know but they cant help. I say ok but i might be screaming in pain just latting you know i have everything i need so just letting you know its my sinuses and thats on a regular sinus pressure day as i equalize my ears i still struggle. Ona bad day whether it be i suffered an allergic reaction or cold while on vaca which is almost everytime or and when the pilot descends too fast too straight down which happens everytime i go see my family flying SW airlines but they are sympathetic. I end up screaming crying in agony like someone is stabbing me repeatedly in the head and eyeballs, yes it is excruciatingly painful!!!! I didnt recover from my last flught 6 months ago and have regular pain hurts when i sneeze even after repeating the above just to survive. I feel i have damaged something on my left side and struggle to relieve pain n pressure. I have decided not to fly anymore for now but i have 11 little kiddos to visit so i definitly need help! How to freeze kale?

    • @artistocracy
      @artistocracy Před 2 lety +1

      @@azharmahmood277 It's easy, just pull all the leaf from each stalk and throw the stalks away. You have the leaf parts remaining. Place in a plastic bag tie up the end and place in the freezer. It helps to press the air out of the bag before tying it up because it takes up less space that way and also stops the air freezing within the bag, but it says dry and frozen and you can take out what you want and cook with it or make a smoothie in a blender.

    I sleep at night with a thin pillow tightly rolled under my neck. Before nodding off I I apply pressure to the points behind my neck just as if using your device. It works wonders I can't tell you. Wish I had discovered this year's ago. Great video! keep up the good work

    Great video!
    Added ACV and lemon juice to my morning routine. Any advice on what foods to avoid moving the blood pH too high?

    What does it say about your sinuses when you get a "runny nose waterfall" right when you start eating something? The "waterfall" is completely clear, but with a little bit of thickness or stickiness to it. Sorry if this is not the format for this question.

    I always use a bottle of water behind my neck when sitting on a couch. It works well.

      Use it in the middle of your back, it will be more relieving.

      @@SharkFishSF I actually do that sometimes, not sure if it works better, but it definitely works!

    Great video but Sleep Apnea is not always sinus. It's also weak (not toned) throat muscles or fat getting in the way of nasal-thoracic areas. This video won't help that.

    I see many videos that suggest the pH of the blood can be manipulated by drinking acidic liquids. I also see many videos claiming this is an impossibility. According to the traditionalist medical crowd, you can only manipulate the pH of the urine, not the blood, by drinking acidic liquids. Which is true?
