Very clear instructions. The fact you included plumbers tape was great! Although, I don't consider myself very handy. The install was very simple and the shower works so much better than the fancy looking (but plastic junk) Moen that was there before.
Hi Justin, We purchased your arm and flange, but the flange doesn't slide onto the arm, like it does in your video. The flange doesn't go on. We notified Amazon and they sent us a replacement arm and flange. Sadly, this flange also does not slide onto the arm like it does in your video. What are the odds that two brand new arm and flange kits are randomly defective? Please help us to resolve this issue.
I saw your business on your tube and we have not been able to find a shower head that is 2.5gpm that has good pressure plus wide spray. We found a couple good pressure shower heads that are fixed but the water doesn't angle out as it comes out or head but basically goes from the 6 inch head we have and by time water is hitting you its like a 3-4 inch wide water
I have a similar shower unit but the main head when it fills and comes out it gets too heavy and start pulling it down is there a way to make it tighter by putting Teflon tap on the ball or something?
The shower head itself weighs 11 ounces, which we consider to be fairly lightweight. However, it is hollow and the weight will increase when the hose is attached with water running through it. Once the nut is nice and snugged there wont be any drooping.
It all comes down to customer's preference and the good thing about the Dual Shower head system is that you can add an adjustable extension bar on the new diverter where you can extend the Rain shower head directly over you.Unfortunately, we do not have the extension available at this point but you can be sure to check out this Delta faucet extension bar here: amzn.to/3mHV4RA
Question for you Justin: I ordered your flagship dual shower head with diverter November 2022. As of January 2023 this video was put out 11 months ago. Is there a reason why I did not get diverter you show in this video @1:34 and @2:04 ?? Instead, of that decent sized diverter, I received a teeny tiny diverter (in a separate shipment from the shower head) that doesn't have an attached shower arm holder.... Oh btw, I am still awaiting a shower arm that has not even shipped yet. If your flagship dual shower heads no longer come with the larger diverter, you may want to update your video as not to mislead customers. Thank you.

I've gotta say I had a similar experience. I bought the most expensive dual shower head as well that the shower head store offers but it came with a littlle garbage 2 piece diverter with separate handle. Pretty crappy when Mr. Ball makes these fake claims about their dual shower head. If he were an honest man he state that this is only for one of the dual shower heads they sell - and he'd actually specify the correct model. However, he does not. Pretty shady to lead you all to believe you will be getting an awesome diverter because you will not. So if you think you are going to get a nice big diverter with their most expensive dual shower head - think again. It's bait and switch with these guys. Not too mention they sell products that are not even in stock. Believe the negative reviews. It's quite possibly the worst online purchase I have ever made and I've been buying online since the advent of online shopping. This is a very amateurish company. Stay away.

On this product, we changed the diverter from the smaller 3-Way diverter without a holder mount as Justin mentioned at 0:18 in the video. There is no where in the video where it was mentioned or implied that the new diverter is the diverter that is being sold on both of our Dual Shower Head Sets. Tell me, what’s the point of having a rain shower head if it isn’t pointing straight down directly on you?

If you put a Sprite filter on the arm, does the diverter have enough thread space to screw onto the filter? Hope that makes sense.
