Omg thank you so much. I watched your other video first (uninstall and replace shower arm with flange) and then this one. Each video gave me the confidence I needed to walk into Lowe's, make my purchase (I purchased thread tape separate. I didn't know the hand held shower head set came with a little bit), come home to uninstall old shower head and arm and replace with a new. Thank you so much.

Update: when I tried to order your unit, I see a message on Amazon that says "This item cannot be shipped to your selected delivery location. Please choose a different delivery location." Very disappointing!!! California!!!
You are very welcome, Keith. Showerheads shipping to California must meet strict flow requirements and be registered with the California Energy Commission. Showerheads that exceed 1.8 GPM inflow will not ship to California. Here are the shower heads that currently meet the criteria for shipping to California.1, 1-Spray Hand Held Shower Head, 1.75 GPM, 2, 3-Spray Hand Held Shower Head, 1.8 GPM

I notice you didn't use Teflon tape on anything other than the wall pipe. Any particular reason?
We recommend adding Teflon Tape around every male thread
how is the pressure.? There does not seem to be a register valve you can take out and up the pressure.? Is it strong enough? Thanks John
It promises to give solid pressure and wide coverage for a warm, fulfilling showering experience. If you feel like you are not getting enough pressure, there is a flow regulator beneath the screened rubber washer in the holder connection that can be removed.

Show me the part where the Allen wrench inside the plastic bag was hidden inside the head. Took me thee days to take it apart and find it. Your packaging really sucks. I also had a tuff time getting that blue cap out. Now it is working fine.
Hello Judy, thanks for reaching out. We do not supply an allen wrench inside a plastic bag in the showerhead and the blue plastic covering should be easily unthreaded by turning in an anti-clockwise direction. Nonetheless, we're happy to hear that it's working fine now
