Questions: Is the v59 controller a replacement to the V56?

Did you encounter problems with subtitles?
Because I made a TV with this board, it works perfect, but subtitles i cannot see.
I changed firmware, I used factory settings, I enter factory settings (remote control 2580)... no chance.

What happened if we remove the aluminum frame on that panel? Can we still get the picture?
