    The first thing is to protect the child that’s being bullied - I couldn’t agree more - but exactly the opposite happens in schools.
    Most bullies in schools are predatory, entitled and taking advantage of the physical entrapment of their victims that school structures provides them with. All the focus is on how the bullies ‘need help’ the victims are left to cope alone.. nearly all the time.

    I hope that one day there could be a systematic outreaching care and support and trauma processing of bullies and abusers. Because although it’s so important to help the victims of abuse and bullying, it seems to me that a predominantly palliative approach to this problem allows the continuation of it.

    If the kid does this dr Levine says and they hurt the child later the child is even mire afraid and then at workplace they see similar things
