  • 2012 Toyota Camry 4-Cylinder review featuring the base L model. This Camry has 60k miles on it and has the 2.5l 4-cylinder engine, the most classic used car ever probably. The 2012 Toyota Camry is the ideal daily driver for most. Honda Accord Review: • 2014 Honda Accord Revi...
The Toyota Camry will forever be the go-to choice in the used car market. There are other choices like the Honda Accord, Mazda 6, Nissan Altima, etc. but the drivetrain is simply proven on the Toyota products. If you own a 2012 Camry with a 4-cylinder, let me know how it has held up for you.

I have a 12 LE and it’s been a great car it has 128k miles and literally drives and runs like it’s just a year old. Very comfortable ride and never gives me issues. Even with me not having a huge income that car is so affordable to own and I can drive a newish car and still pu very little for it. Heck my insurance with full coverage is only $100 because it’s a Camry. A lot of people say the Camry is boring but fail to realize that it’s meant to be just a car. That’s like making fun of a Lamborghini for being too fast. I feel as though the 2012-2014 Camrys are the last of the reliable Camrys. I see a lot of people in debt driving cars that may look cool but those people are broke. It’s the people driving used Camrys that are the real smart ones

I humbly say that I own this exact model and the rest of my saved income went to investment accounts such as 401K’s, IRA’s, and other types of investments. Maybe sooner or later I will be able to buy my dream car but at the same time I don’t think I will be letting go of this car as it has never given up on me as well.

I've had my second hand 2013 base model Camry for about 3 years and even till this day I just stand around looking at it in the driveway, just grateful to have it. I drive between 300 - 380 KM 6 days a week and every time I come home and park it, it just does it, no complaints or issues, no matter how much you drive, Toyota cars just obey. You can have your hobbie car dream but the pure definition of a car, getting from point A to B with ease, comfort, safely, reliability and plenty of room for luggage, that is a Camry.

I also agree with the wise words that you said about not being embarrassed and depressed about driving this amazing car, because I agree that the majority of the people that are driving Mercedes, BMW, they are the ones that look depressed and I honestly don't even think they actually enjoy the cars but they only want the gratification and the acceptance of others, they just want to show off to people that they don't even like, you should only look to impress yourself not others, because all of them don't even care about you in the first place.

Most days when I'm out driving, It's raining Camrys, it's true how popular they are, especially the later Hybrid version, it makes no sound, Camry is like the King of daily commuter, just the get to A to B vehicle. Also, I watched through all the ads trying my small bit to support your channel, even watched a 5 to 6 minute ad on smart watches, hope it helps somehow. 😊

Wow, that is a clean 2012!
Those Camrys have an underrated motor IMHO. I drove a 2010 with 80k a while back and it would chirp the tires whenever I started out from a light. Lots of room and comfortable seats too. If it hadn't been a smoker's car and had signs of being poorly maintained, I might have bought it!

This video got me seriously thinking about purchasing a 2012 Toyota Camry from a private owner with 100,784 miles for $11,000.00. I am doing research on it and it is a little bit over than what KBB and Edmonds said. I appreciate this video in letting me know that the 2012 Toyota Camry is a well built vehicle and does not have bells and whistles that are not necessary for getting around.

I own a 2018 GX460 and my wife a 2015 RAV4. My daily driver was a 2009 Corolla which I recently sold with 180k miles. It still was running strong and clean. I sold it and bought a one owner, local from NC, 2014 Camry LE ( with leather. I believe he paid the dealer or 3rd party to install the leather ) for $11k with 120k miles as my daily to replace the Corolla and it is worth every dime. I am very pleased with the vehicle and ride quality. I did buy the fog light kit since i didn’t like the plastic on the front bumper but I’m very pleased with the vehicle. Pretty smooth and comfortable. Thanks for the video.

Today is December 22. I bought my 2013 Camry SE December 21 2019. On December 15 this year I wrecked it. Still dont k ow if its totalled or not. It was a good looking car. It was Attitude black or grey. I got it with black rims and tinted windows. I kept it clean and washed it a lot. Everyone who saw it liked it. It was mine and I was the one paying the pill. Ot would have been cool if it was a V6 but going from SUVs to that made it fun. I'll never get another sedan again but I really enjoyed it for what it was.

I own the Hybrid version of this car. XLE trim and I assure you it’s quicker than the base 4cyl and gets 44mpg easily for BOTH city and highway 🤓 maintenance is even lower due to not having a drive belt and the engine rarely ever revs up since the battery usually kicks in at low speeds. I absolutely love it and I believe I should easily get 300k of miles from it. I’m coming from a Genesis G80 with a 5.0 (I still own it, just needed something more fuel efficient)

@@MeynMotorGroup yeah man. I have a 95 Camry V6. I paid cash for it when we really needed a car, thinking we might drive it for a little over a year before it falls apart. It's still running and has been super reliable. Just basic maintenance and a few repairs, no payments, nothing major. Spending little money to keep it running well is so fulfilling, knowing I owe nothing else on it to anyone...and I bet I can drive it for 5 more years 😅

Thanks for so much for this review. Im in need for another vehicle as my current 07 camry v6 is in some major repairs at 250k miles and its to the point I might as well save up and buy a this generation of camrys hopefully under for 12k. The car lasted me 8 years and I beat that car bad seriously. I don't feel comfortable getting a big car loan or having a car loan thats 48-72 months especially with me in college still. This car is just a tool to get me from one place to another.
