    Safety Note: It may be a good idea for future iterations of this video to remind viewers that it's important to start light since this is a ballistic movement being performed through a less common pathway of force.

    im afraid i will hit my knees. there is one i like for core..its KB from rack to opposite knee and back up to rack. outside of the knee that is.
