Think about this guy, he made his hobby into his life. Fucking awesome!!
Yes man , it is awesome 💪
THX 🙏 👊🏻
Whenever he says, “And now I show you something special,” I’m like, “More?!”
😁
😂👍🏻
Hahahaha
He’s is so passionate about his setup. Love it!
THX 👊🏻🙏
Love how everything is adjustable with buttons from the seating position.
Loved it 😍
Awesome rig and might be the first time I see a 50k+ rig where I wouldn't say it's ridiculously overpriced👍
It is crazy experience indeed and I know most of us will never got one at home but I love to see how far people’s imagination and dreams goes 😃
@@chepilevski Thisnis where it starts so hopefully in years to come they become more accessible
It starts at €6.969,00 for the rig and the carbon bucket seat. I first thought, the 6DOF motion platform would be included at this price, but i think i was wrong. Actually i was wondering about the price at first with thinking its with the full motion sim for 7k. The 22.5k and 60k option include all kinds of extras like all the high end wheel, base and pedal gear, buttkickers, 5.1 sound system, wind simulation, a VARJO Aero 3 VR headset, a high end 4090 gaming pc and so on... Nice to have :D
I have a 6 DOF setup even for less than 7k that thanks to SimXperience (GS-5 & G-Belt). If you can live with the squeaking noises of the actuators, which isn't a problem with closed headphones, it's very immersive without being a handicap and as always with SimXperience very reliable. Maybe I add some 4-pole plattform like the MEGA RS+ for a mild real motion once, but the seat delivers heave and surrounded by 7 shakers it feels quite complete already.
Chef by day, simrig expert by night.
😁
Thanks so much for showing this awesome rig! Starts at under 7k Euros for the base model. That's unbelievable!
He’s living the dream! A true inspiration for us all! Excited to see what the future of Sim racing gonna be with advancement in VR.
Wow, this guy is a real OG of Simracing and it is great to see his passion! Love it!
Thank you 🙏 👊🏻❤️
@@christianhauck8362 Christian... you have been into sim racing for 20 years? So you calculated from roughly your first consumer steering wheel purchase, or was it truly only 20 years?
Hard Drivin' was the first simulator arcade cabinet with full force feedback steering wheel, shifter and pedals. Which is a game I had on the Amiga 2000 in 1989, limited at home to keyboard, mouse and joystick of course. Then later came Indy 500 from Papyrus that got bundled with the Soundblaster Pro, the Geoff Crammond legendary Grand Prix titles and so on. Some might not consider this sim racing the way we know it as it wasn't with a gamepad or steering wheel, but I do and maybe you do to. So I was just curious.
So yeah, you seem to me as if you're actually into the hobby for longer. Could be wrong though.
I definitely do remember in around 2008-2010 that the modded G25 got developed. Don't know if you put the progress on GTPlanet at the time, but I definitely remember the project.
As for the caliper, it's an idea I had mentioned way back once too but I foresaw a problem. The size of all items and lack of heat fade simulation.
I was considering putting a rotating brake disc in between with a beefy motor driven by the game telemetry, but discarded it myself as the costs would just be crazy. Plus having sparks brake dust everywhere in your home (let alone your bedroom) might not be so safe nor healthy.
A better way in hindsight is if you can find a way to heat up the brake fluid in the line, but then there is no good telemetry point to simulate the brake fluid starting to boil. Plus you'd need a cool breeze over the components to cool it back down realistically-ish. 🤔
@@LogiForce86 Thanks for your detailed feedback and yes, you are right. Actually it all started with my Atari console and Indy500 plus rotary controllers in the late 70s and then I tested every racing game on PC and console via C64 and Amiga.
About 20 years ago it got a little more serious and Papyrus made me very happy with GrandPrix Legends 😜
It went on with the G25 and the Simbin simulations and from there I wanted to get even closer to real motorsport and GetCloserRacing was born. A really long journey and I hope to be able to do a few more virtual laps and to make my contribution to the further development of SimRacing in the near Future.
😎 Thanks &!See you on Track 👊🏻
@Christian Hauck I figured you were already going a bit further back. Since I am an 86 vintage myself I can only imagine the 70s limitations. We still have an electronics store from those days in the same spot in Groningen, and those were the source for electronics if you wanted to do a bit more in terms of computer electronics or do repairs yourself in those days, and even still now.
My father started getting his ZX Spectrum in the mid 80s. So you were definitely one of the first trying to get a bit more out of the experience!
I have owned a Dexxa Steering Wheel in 1999, then in 2000 a Logitech Formula Force GP, then in 2008 a Logitech G25 (which was worse than the Formula Force GP in terms of FFB), a Thrustmaster T500 in 2010, and then Thomas gave me a shout and was one of the first to get my hands on the Clubsport line-up.
Nowadays I have a DD2 with modded CSPv2, CSS SQ v1.5 and just a Formula v2.5X until Thomas releases that new quick release. Had to give my old wheels to my dad because of different machining tolerances on my early wheels and their quick release mechanisms.
I haven't been on the track in a long time though. So seeing me there will be hard I think. I have to get back into it. Might have to join a league and get a bit more friends with similar interests. 😉
@@christianhauck8362 It's amazing to read your story about the sim racing hobby and your dream and work of contributing, evolving its future! Hammer! Danke! Jetzt schon Legende! 😄
Amazing. Both yourself and this man are infectious. Keep it up, love the videos!
Much love brother
Danke schön 🙏THX 👊🏻❤️
He is a true innovator hands down. Thanks for showing a different story about this man.
No doubt!😃
He truly is. Why did you say "different story"? What did i miss here?
@@tobytoxd this interview seemed to me more about him. Just my opinion.
What a great man, great developer . That rig looks great. Thanks Steliyan 👏👏👏
This is incredible. As someone who spent hundreds of hours getting comfortable in my rig, I can appreciate this very much.
I love that guy, when he showed that DIY wheel i was "OMG is that a g25 board???" I did something similar in the past and you can see the passion of that guy, he loves sim racing like we do. awesome.
Danke 🙏 👊🏻THX ❤️
Love it!!
Very cool stuff! Guy is for sure a “Pioneer” of sim racing! Thanks for sharing 😊
Fühle ich
Danke fürs teilhaben lassen
Thanks for sharing this, it's always great when you see people so passionate about the things they create like this.
Absolutely bro 😃
I love seeing people imagination become true 💪
Danke schön 🙏
Part 2? That was amazing 🤩
hats off to this pioneer , all the best chasing and enjoying your dream !
Vielen Dank 🙏 THX 👊🏻
Very impressive! I too am 54 and can totally relate to being unable to afford getting into racing when I was younger. I am so glad that technology is now at the point where we can safely simulate it in the comforts of our living rooms! Nice work! Cheers from So Cal!
That rig is amazing, thank you so much for sharing.
Danke 🙏
Awesome to watch. Thanks for sharing this.
I so need one of those!
Your passion is contagious….

What a man! Well done
amazing video mate!
This looks amazing.
❤🏁 I want one & I WANT IT NOW! 🤩 this is my dream simrig! One day my dream will come true. Well done to the CEO. I will look at the website and see how much it will cost to deliver it to me in Western Australia 🇦🇺🏁👍🏻

That's my dream rig, no less, that's crazy !
Fantastic vlog, really enjoyed. Could have listened for hours. ❤👊🏻
Glad you enjoyed it! 😃
I have done over a 1000 races in VR and still love it so much.
I know exactly what you mean 😃
WOW! This was cool, thanks for sharing!
He has to be one of the coolest guys I've ever listened too. His passion and love for the hobby and his product shows in buckets.
Would love more details on those pedals, unbelievable
Thank you for sharing this Chapi 🙏🙌
Thanks 🙏 a lot 👊🏻❤️
He is indeed so passionate about our lovely hobby bro ! I must visit them in Dortmund at some point and test more in depth those pedals .
@@chepilevski Yes Man 👊🏻👍🏻 You are always welcome to visit us in Dortmund. Our new RaceRoom will open next month. Doors are open for you 😜
This guy is in to it! 👏👏👏👏
You look like a little kid again trying it 🤗
😃 that’s so true Ryan 😁
IF I ever win the lotto, I'll buy myself one of these, and one for you as well for introducing it to me!

Beautiful!
Danke schön 🙏
The suspension movement looks amazing.
THX Man! 👊🏻👍🏻🙏
Proof that a little boys dream is all it takes to turn him into a man that can revolutionize an industry or even the world.
Absolutely😃
German engineering. ❤ when I think about it, there is a lot of hardware with German roots, right!? 🤔 thanx for a beautiful inside, Cheppi! 💪
Best motion sim I've ever seen
That looks like it would be a joy to assemble. Joking aside, incredibly well thought out.
😄
passion. he is living the life! I hope he gets good success!
Danke schön 👊🏻🙏Thanks Man!
Absolutely insane
Really impressive! Amazing stuff. My budget doesn't allow this yet, but I'll get that eventually.
Dream setup indeed Rogerio 😃
This guy is amazing!
100 % PASSION BROTHER 🏁🏁🏁
THX 🙏👊🏻❤️
The price is amazing. I will be buying one when i get my house
Leo Bodnar! My god that name just hit me like a brick and brought back a wave of nostalgia for me haha
Love his passion, he is so excited about his product, such a good sign. Love how Gordon Ramsey is now into sim racing :p Happy birthday mate.
Danke 🙏 Thanks a lot Man 👊🏻❤️
He is really passionate about his hobby indeed man 😃💪
If I have ask, it probably costs more than my real car did... which I bought brand new 6 months ago. But holy wow this is amazing, truly a pioneer blazing the trails for all of us to enjoy our hobby. Thank you for sharing this work of art! PS, basement is dried I will be putting it all back tonight, yay!
It is crazy expensive but is fun to see passionate man imagination become reality 😁
Thx Man 👊🏻👍🏻❤️
hey buddy - great video
your face was great as he was explaining and moving all the components
I could see you thinking how to build it
it would be sweet on your set up!!
Like a kid in candy shop 🤣
Amazing
Awesome!
AWESOME 👍🏻
Man that guy is so sweet I love him
He is indeed 😃
Holy crap. I don't think it comes across how hard of an engineering task this is. Basically you have electrically adjusted moving parts that have to withstand forces from humans' strongest groups of muscles while measuring forces and angles from the pedals. Oh and you also have to keep everything else extremely rigid. Then you need to add motion to the whole thing which makes everything you do very sensitive to weight, meaning you have to lightweight everything above the actuators. Amazing dude. Is the middle post annoying to heeltoe with?
Thanks 🙏 Man! And no, the middle post is not annoying at all! Always welcome for a TestDrive 👍🏻👊🏻
jaw droppingly gorgeous indeed, love the auto ergonomics concept, fantastic idea and addition, boy this sim business is becoming expensive though... unfortunately for me, I'm almost at a full stop on any future upgrades, hard times. This is serious money I bet.....
60k
Yeh man , most of us will never have one at home but just experiencing some of those for a while is incredible experience 😃
Love seeing people creativity 💪
@@chepilevski Very true
Could you please review the Leoxz Wheel its a f1 style wheel which is really cheap and good for entry level dd users.
that is amazing.
60,000 euro....wow! Extremely cool though.
Oh god. THis my fellas… is the Holy madness!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤
Yeh man 😃
more detailed motion reviews upcoming? :)
That thing looks amazing. And probably costs at least a year's salary, :p I'm not a fan of the pole in the middle. I would imagine it gets in the way if doing heel and toe or alternating braking with left or right foot. I would still want it though. It looks amazing!
ill take one
Really awesome piece of kit and much that I'd love to own one if I could actually afford to spend that kind of money on sim racing (I already spend enough) I'd probably just go racing for real instead!
He looks like a German Gordon Ramsay cooking up sim rigs. Just waiting for the expletives...🤣
😂🤪👍🏻
Now you said it i can’t see it 😁
Can you save different position profiles?
Hello mate just came across your site brilliant, ive just been looking at FOV video , but could you tell me in all of your games do you have it setup so you can only see your physical steering wheel and not the virtual one with the hands ????
Thx for the kind words buddy🤗
I always turn off the virtual wheel as it is distracting for me but have seen many people keeping it on !
Thx for the kind words buddy🤗

amazing... and how much does it costs ? 🙂
Pretty awsome. A lot of moving parts on that rig. Hope it has life time warranty.
This is it, the ultimate rig. I don’t know if you can even afford this xD
The brakes literally close a caliper on a brake pad, holy shit
Brutal 😁
GENIUS!!!
Danke 🙏 Thanks Man 👊🏻
I wish I was rich so I could afford that rig, cause it looks amazing
That centre pillar tho...
Hallo mein Freund du nutzt ja iiyama Monitor richtig ? Bist du zufrieden damit ?
LG
It is lovely, really is.
But if creator reads this, I hope you have version without center colum, but with side mounted.
I agree with you on that 🤛
The center column and the major flex on the seat and pedals. Both are definite deal breakers
Wow
Gordon Ramsy is Using a Pretty Good face Cream He looks With less grinkles . 😂😂🤣🤣
Wow that is incredible. I don’t even want to know how much that thing costs.
It is way out of my reach but is awesome to see people’s dreams become reality 😃
I THANK THE PEOPLE THAT BRING THESE GREAT THINGS TO ARE HOBBY !!!!!! YOU LIKE A KID IN A CANDY STORE IN THAT SEAT SMILING EAR TO EAR!!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. I STILL WAITING FOR MY JAM & BEER MY FRIEND SO I GET STARTED AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU FOR THIS INFO!!!
Yeh man , I’m so excited to see man’s dream become real 😃
Thank you 🙏 👊🏻
60k alright y dream just stop there !
Wonder if it does rally position aswell
Yes 👍🏻We will build a Rally Setup soon with one of the best Sim Rally Drivers @matthis fullczyk
is he driving a sled? or riding a coffee table 😂
oh is this the Mario Kart setup 🤣
😍
" I wanted to race but we couldn't afford it." now with my new product you too cant afford to pretend to race.
How much is one of these setup?
Be so umcorfotabke having my feet that close to the screen
What was the latency like? The latency in motion sims using iRacing is something I with iRacing would help solve.
@Ray Aguilar I've tried SFX 150 systems and dbox and I couldn't feel a delay what are you using?
@@Simlife101 the general idea is that iRacing doesn’t have a direct integration with any of the motion sims. So they all have to write software that reads the telemetry and then translates that into movement. Whereas other sims give tire data and relative body pitch roll and yaw. The motion hardware you use will add its own latency but they’re all pretty good these days.
I haven’t run any of them except dbox. If you’re not thinking about it it’s easy to overlook. But there’s quite a discrepancy between the real-time attitude of the car and the motion rig you’re sitting on.
I can see a Thanos board motion control there!
🤣
"Without tools."
Sold. How soon to install?
Another Christian who shares the dream and passion about driving, maybe him and Christian von Koenigsegg should get together in a video.
these are great, engineering marvel. The problem is the same with all of these, cost prohibitive for 99% of everyone. :(
Hello! Have you every tried G-seat ?
I haven’t Niko !
@@chepilevski just curious. Saw some videos, maybe it’s something which might gives good feeling on braking and etc (especially cause of belt tightening). Hope you will try it one day and we will happy to hear your opinion!)
