ChlepZeSzynkom Thank you, glad you like the content! I plan to do rings tutorials for inlocate, kip and swinging in the near future, any other suggestions which you'd like to see?
I guess you might already have plans for the future of this channel, so I won't interfere with that. But if I was about to make a request i would be for connecting skills in tumbling as there aren't too many tutorials on YT for that and I also struggle with that personally. Keep up the good work and the number of viewers should increase, cheers!
also following you on insta since a while back (name is frank.tp)... just gotta have to say, i'm extremely thankfull for your expertise on all those tips and tricks you share with us!!! have been reviewing your videos a couple of times, which helped me big time! rooting big time for your new goals and hope you stay injury free. big respect from germany :D
Good morning, I have a question about that movement. What to do with shoulders in the bottom position of the swing? Try to maintain active shoulders or relaxed? I tried Complete dislocated without mat And I felt pain in my shoulders. Thank you for your advice.
+Dragunovov yes it is best to relax the shoulders towards the bottom of the swing so that you get a smooth swing out - if you tense the shoulders or bend the arms you will 'jolt' as you hit the bottom of the swing which makes you much more likely to fall off. If you are experiencing pain then your shoulders are likely not quite flexible enough for the skill yet - spend a bit of time working the inlocate and dislocate flexibility exercise with a band or bar and hopefully when you go back to it the pain will have reduced! :)
Great channel, I've found you recently and I'm happy to say I'd like to see more. Especially basic-intermediate rings skills please!

Do these along with swings impact trampoline layouts? As in if I get better at those I will have better layouts or vice versa?
There might be a small amount of cross over but they're not similar enough to be super useful for one another :)
