Tien use to grow arms. I think DBZ forgot about that as Akira also forgot about Launch.
Kinda sense the natural step after that would be to duplicate himself. He probably thought that growing arms was no longer necessary.
This always made me wonder why Tien sustained his hatred towards Vegeta when he used to be complete savage himself 🤔
Even Piccolo respected Vegeta after the Cell arc. Tien even ignores Vegeta's plea for energy during the Buu arc.

@@gameuniverse5973 Sure. For a human, he really isn't bad. But compared to some others, i think Chappa would be to tough for him. Not to mention the Turtle and Crane school students
Satan is strong for humanity's standards, it's just that the Z fighters became ridiculously overpowered at some point. That being said, I can't help thinking that people like Tao or Chappa have to be a bit stronger than Satan (especially Tao). Satan is probably Nam-level.

I think he does it for episodes that should really be paired together or, if there are 2 semi fillers he can extend them for the action, i think having certain videos be 1 episode is good for pacing, would be awkward to do 2 episodes and end of a cliffhanger.
