    The Gender and Policy Lab within the Chennai Municipal Corporation, has established a dynamic platform uniting citizens and government officials to tackle civic infrastructure and transportation issues through a gender lens.
    Through her empowering talk, Sharanya paints a vivid picture of how inclusive and participatory design becomes a transformative force, not only fostering safety but also creating cities that are more liveable and equitable for everyone. She's held various significant government roles, including Assistant Secretary in the Ministry of Culture, Assistant Collector in Coimbatore, and Sub Collector in Kanyakumari.
