    Yes!! Nice moves. I have always found ball activities to be extremely helpful for flowing my rope while urban inline skating or Unicycling. Great workout, highly recommended! Thanks for sharing! 👊🤩🌎

    What size is this your using? I’m 5ft 9(175cm) and just tried standing on a 55cm/21 diameter ball but think it’s too small.

    Tim, I guess some neighbours, fishermen, goat keepers have seen you and called 911cause there was I nice ambulance sound approaching. Probably got bored and canceled the rescue mission cause you were standing on the ball and... NOT FALLING...

    I use a balance board - bit easier (safer) then standing on a swiss ball.
