Sam Jackson's of course the king of delivering QT dialogue but for Hateful alone I'd rank Walton close behind. They both have specifically melodic way of speaking his written words.

I love Tarantino. Pulp Fiction is a classic, Inglorious Basterds was great, his writing is fantastic and he is a genius, but even he would admit, don't compare him to Spielberg. Jaws, Close Encounters, Raiders, E.T., Jurassic Park, Schindler's List, Saving Private Ryan, Minority Report. Not even mentioning his above average "mediocre" films. Not to take anything away from the genius of QT, but c'mon.
