Top 10 One-Team Players In NBA History - Sport
Dirk deserves more credit, he is the only one that stayed on a small market team and with a considerably salary cut
It’s bullshit how he got a salary cut when the rest of his teammates were trash. Cuban is lucky they even got that ring cuz he definitely ain’t getting another, sorry Luka
Dallas is a small market?
@@dr.manhattan7283 got a salary cut? He took less to stay in Dallas and to free up cap space to help the team. Also Dallas is a huge market and Cuban is the only reason they ever had/have a chance to win a championship
Duncan stayed on a small market team and took less money to do so. Also, Dallas isn’t a small market team. Not by a long shot.
He also won a championship as the only all-star level player on his team!!!!
A Dirk-Kobe team up would've been offensively unstoppable. Idk if there's enough basketballs to go around though..
if there were enough for the durant big 4 warriors then kobe and dirk would’ve been fine
@@kalebbell5763 there wasn’t that’s why Durant left but yeah
@@JSalonsky he left because warriors staff were being an ass
@@JSalonsky There wasn’t? When they all played they won every championship
You're really trying to revision history? They won 2 championships with him and 3 finals appearances.
Dirk rejected 92 million.Respect
that was dumb u respect stupidity?
basketball isnt about players getting paid its about winning. its why golden state looks fucking stupid paying jodarn poole to get what theyve gotten. 20 year olds dont deserve millions of dollars to play sports. its a game after all. not life. even to mj basketball isnt life
Too bad you're a Blazers fan 😂
@@MangoTroubles-007dang 18 hours ago 😂 we watching this late lol
People talk about Dirk defeating superteam Miami Heats, but they forget that Dirk also defeated the defending champion Lakers in 2011, with prime Paul Gasol and MVP mode Kobe Bryant. And he did it without any other All-star. Dirk 2011 was unmatched. He deserved a spot in top 15 all time
2011 is when Dallas won the Championship. People just be saying shit. Caron Butler, Jason Kidd, Tyson Chandler, Shaw Marion, and Peja Stojakovic were Allstars in their career, so that part wasn't true.
Stockton missed 22 games in 19 years. 22 games in 19 years
No one is gonna break his NBA assist record.
It’s a big reason his numbers are insane lmao
How many chips?
@@vinkhalifa936 I hate mfers like you like shut the fuck up .
Rings don't mean everything
@@vinkhalifa936 no one was talking about chips, if it wasnt for mj then he would have multiple
Reggie Miller missed 51 games and of all the ones he could miss, one of them was the malice at the palace😂
He was in the background somewhere pulling strings and make everyone else dance. 😂🤣😂
Remember when Duncan got ejected by smiling? 😂
TBH ie was a dazzling smile....
Face crime.
Larry Bird torching Dennis Rodman still makes me laugh..."I'm open I'm open!!! Hurry up before they noticed no one's guarding me!!!!"
Bruh, you can’t be using the word infectious when talking about Magic lol
LMFAOOO
Lmao underrated comment
LOL
I feel bad for laughing at this
Oh my god, oh my god, (Magic Johnson was diagnosed with AIDS
If Steph Curry retired right now, I'd absolutely put him on this list. However, since he's still playing, we don't know whether he'll stay there.
Putting Curry and REGGIE MILLER on the list, but not Elgin Baylor, is such a godawful decision. Bad list in general. Bill Russell, Bird/Magic, and Duncan below Kobe lmao
steph will stay
He will stay in GSW, and he will be on the list. But for now, its 12 yrs aint enough to make the list imo
Right like Tony Parker spent 99% of his career with the Spurs ended up playing with the Hornets
@@MPHswayze I’d say Magic or Larry above Kobe
Death, taxes,Stockton suiting up for the jazz 😂😂iconic
Still brings me to tears thinking about Kobe andthe Bryant family... Legends never die
Joe Dumars is severely underrated considering he was the GM that made the 2004 Piston Detroit, he is a key piece for all 3 of Piston titles
Putting an active player on the list has to be one of the most amateurish moves I've seen in a long time 🤣
Especially when Hakeem still out there. Terrible move
@@dominiquewhitlock2036 Hakeem played for the raptors for a year at the end of his career thats why he isn't on the list
To be fair, curry’s last contract pretty much guarantees he’s not gonna be able to leave even if he wants to (which he definitely would not want to)
Putting Kobe over magic and omitting Jerry west is a rookie move. He needs to do better.
@@antbanks415 Magic admitted on numerous occasions that Kobe was better than he was
I love when you guys do basketball 🏀 lol
Same lol
Lol
Lol
Kobe didn't like to miss games , he used to say what about the ones that saved money to see him play just once,
#24#8
Underrated comment, that's a dedicated player right there
A Nonstop Sports upload. Let's go! This is a nice start to my day.
Bird was an unathlethic guy that could still back up his trash talk with skills and smarts.
They talked about Larry Bird for like a second, he did way more things than just become the best shooter.
at 7:08 there was a clip of a greatest play in celtics history by larry bird💀
Don’t use “infectious” when talking about magic 😂😂
Kobe one of the most inspirational people in human history.
Duncan at 5 pretty low according to me
But maybe he agreed bcoz if he laughed he would have been teched
Nah he shouldn’t be on this list
@@The_king567you’re smoking crack
RIP Kobe Bryant. A lakers legend trades for another lakers legend
“ his smile was infectious” nice choice of words
Oh that’s bad!
i couldn't believe
I dont get it lol
@@AquaniansPlayers feared Magic would infect them with AIDS
Can we pretend that Tony Parker spending one year in Charlotte, Karl Malone spending one year in Los Angles, Hakeem Olajuwon spending one year in Toronto, and Dwyane Wade spending one and a half years in Chicago and Cleveland never happened?
also MJ in Washington
And Patrick Ewing’s 1 year in Seattle and 1 year in Orlando.
Not if it is a list where the players only played one team....
No
Nope them and Jordan and Ewing should've kept there legacies untarnished but they all decided to taint them just enough so they wouldn't remain pristine. Can forgive the ones who never got a ring a little bit but in a way that can make it worse too.
Dirk just faced those GOAT contenders and actually beat them... damn!
You make the best videos
And also we should have like top 10 power forwards and small and shooting and point and center all postion
I love these vids
Dirk will always be my favorite NBA player for many reasons. Dirk joined the league 3 years before I was born so I got to see almost all his career from my childhood to my teenage years. I remember getting to see him live on TV take down the big 3 in Miami and win a ring! I am a Clippers fan but Dirk will always be my favorite NBA player because I like how against all odds he still won a ring. You gotta admire a player who stays with one team their whole career and turns down joining another all-star even if it meant they wouldn't win another ring.
My top five passers of all time video includes some one-teamers, both from the old school and the new. It's amazing how many of the greats trade jerseys just to hang on for another year or two, well past their prime. I don't blame some of them, but it can be kind of sad.
Hi love your video
#1 Bird
#2 Magic
#3 Kobe
#4 Russell
#5 Duncan
I was just waiting for Isiah the whole time
That ending was perfect 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Good vid
how about Top 10 one-player teams( teams that felt like they only had one good player a la 2011 Mavs yk)
Lebron carrying that 07 Cavs team to the finals ranks up there.
Hakeem should deservedly top that list. Only all star, won MVP, DPOY, and FMVP all in the same year in 1994.
I agree I actually thought that this comment was the plot of this video
Hakeem '94, T-Mac '01, Jordan '86, Wade '09, Kobe '05, Garnett any Wolves season except '04, Kareem '79, Oscar Robertson when Lucas retired, best guesses off the top of my head
@@MPHswayze Wade *06
Wish more players stayed on one team these days
Curry should not be included yet because he is still playing it's still possible that he might go to other team so find a retired legends that stayed in one team all his career
He should have out Jerry west instead of curry.
Idea: the best coach in every decade
Johnny Boi getting respect 🙏🏽
Pretty good list
When he was talking about how Magic’s smile was infectious I was thinking that’s not the only thing that’s infectious about him
😭😭
Magic didn’t need to have “infectious” in his part lol.
At least they didn't put "cheats on wife(with a man, or needles) in it.
@@gm2723 I've never heard of Magic being with men
@@gm2723 Magic wasnt with men lol, I can see how ignorant you are about HIV. Sad
2:34 putting a picture of the Barkley Suns when you're talking about the 7SOL Nash/D'Antoni Suns is ridiculous
1-bird..2-magic..3-mike..4-russell..5-kobe..6-isaiah..7-mchale..8-stockton..9-west..10-duncan
Magic, Larry , John, Reggie, Dirk, Curry, Kidd, Shaq........my dream team
Do the top 10 "1 player teams" where there's only one good player on the team but its still really successful
If you guys did this video idea with the nfl that would be cool
Beat Kd Westbrook and harden. Beat Kobe and the Lakers. Beat Wade LeBron and the heat. What a fucking Run
Nonstop bangers more like it
Yessir🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I agree hen you said Tim Duncan is the best power forward
Best role/bench players video?
Wooo new vid lettttttsssss GGOOOOOOOOOGOOOOOO
Where is Jerry West? There's no way that Reggie Miller should have been on this list and no Jerry West. Also, John Havlicek was a much better player than Reggie Miller and deserves more than an honorable mention.
@Lisa Raye McCoy Jerry west had the 6th highest career PPG of all time, right below lebron and KD…And that’s as an undersized guard in an era with much less offensive talent. He is way better than Reggie Miller
THANK YOU.

R.I.P LEGEND KOBE AND HIS CHILD 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕊️🕊️
He said how’s the weather to try and convince him to come
may reaction after seeing Miller at #10 "WHOA this list will be 🔥🔥🔥"
Dirk is a LEGEND
1,2 is Bird and Magic , played in a far tougher era then Kobe for 1 reason!
Could have said tony Parker but of course he left the spurs for the hornets which was weird to me 😬
I like the list but I think Bird should have been #1 and Magic #2, because they saved the league. Bird should be over Magic, because Magic had a lot of talent around him - Magic got them to work as one powerful machine. However, Bird was different. The Celtics finished 10th in the Eastern Conference the year before Bird joins the team, then Bird is a rookie and the only roster change, and the Celtics win the Eastern Conference. The Celtics won the Eastern Conference eight of the next nine years. Then, Bird gets a season ending injury in the fifth game, he is obviously the only roster change, and the Celtics finished 8th in the Eastern Conference. That is a testament to the greatness of Bird.
To put that in perspective, when MJ retired the first time, the Bulls still finished third in the Eastern Conference without MJ.
I can also see the argument for Russell being #1 because of his 11 titles; however, Russell was surrounded by a lot of Hall of Famers throughout his career, which is why I would have Russell #3.
Kobe did not have an instant impact on the league like Bird, Magic, and Russell which is why Kobe probably should not be in the top three. However, that does not take away from Kobe's greatness and loyalty to the Lakers.
I give Magic the edge by a" baby hook" because of his winning a championship as a rookie ( the game 6 performance is the best ever by a first year player )the 5 rings to Bird's 3 and lastly because of the following quote " He's the best I ever saw / seen " ---Larry Legend .
Bird was better than Magic until he injured his back.
You should've put Jerry West on the list
RESPECT FOR NOT PUTTING IN AN AD AT THE START OF THE VIDEO
Jerry West, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Yao Ming some honorable mentions
Yeah
Now make top 10 One-Player teams
Larry Bird is greater than Bill Russel
yes
Magics smile isn’t the only thing infectious
Lol Magic Johnson "infectious" smile....yeeeks....
Honorable mention should go to Yao Ming man was the best C for his entire 8 year career with the Rockets
I love when you guys do football is so much fun
Gone too soon, Reast in Peace to the legend himself!
Can you also do a list of players that won championship and finals mvp with 3 different teams? :) That would be so cool to know the players who did that coz that was hard
My list
1. Duncan
2. Kobe
3. Bill Russell
4. Magic
5. Bird
6. Curry
7. David Robinson
8. Stockton
9. Dirk
10. John Havlicek
I might flip Stockton and Dirk, and might put Jerry West ahead of both (leaving Hondo off the list) but I can’t say I really disagree with much of this list.
I think the smile isn’t the only infectious thing about magic
Do 10 things you don’t know about Dirk nowitizki
Hero’s get remembered and legends never die r.i.p kobe
7:11 i tought it was somethinjg else
nice video but Dirk should be top 5
didn't Kareem spend some time in Milwaukee before LA?
you showed Charles Barkley in a PHX uniform while talking about Dirk - that's not from the same era. ;)
Do "Top x one-man teams"
Next video Jaylen Brown Nonstop Sports 💪💪💪
Koby bryant wasnt only on the lakers he was also on the hornets at the beginning of his career but never played for them
He was traded to the Lakers on Draft Night.
No lie my goat is dirk bc he never complained about his teammates, didn’t care for super teams and would take huge pay cuts and would always lose and see it through the end he should’ve been top 3 atleast and without a doubt Duncan’s the best for winning especially for winning rings in three different decades goat status
THE BEST ONE YET.
definitely thought this said 1-player teams and thought it was gonna talk about best teams lead by one All-star/HoFer
Seeing curry at 6 seemed unreal.. then duncan at 5! Then magic at 3 really blew me.. then I saw at no.2 the nba legend.. like what is going on here!!
Kobe is one of the greatest.. he definitely shouldn't be higher in this list than larry, magic, bill russell.. these guys resonates their team and had far greater legacy, influence for their team.
Curry would go ahead of some after retirement, absolutely sure of that
Some honorable mentions: Jerry West, Elgin Baylor. Kevin McHale
Who else wants magic’s half court shots to go in?Man’s Cutting them right when they were gonna swish
This is something that we'll never see again.
Curry still playing
is that Steve Nash at 2:16
I was thinkin bout MJ but then I remembered his stint as a Wizard
bill russell technicaly wasn't a one team player, he played a single game for the hawks
Starters:
Payton, Jordan, James, Garnett, Shaq
Reserves:
Rose, Kobe, Pippen, Antetokounmpo, Chamberlain
So when you gonna release "Top 10 Two-Team NBA Players in History"?
Air Jordan would make it to this list, except he facked it and joined the Washington Bullets/Wizards...
How about Jerry West, Elgin Baylor?
Him saying if you don’t know what that is your probably very young
Me being nine and having no idea what that is:😳
