Are you suffering with low libido? If you are trying to figure out why and what you can do about it, this video is for you.
Low libido is often caused by a complex mix of psychological and physiological factors, but the hormone testosterone is often involved for both men and women. With that in mind, it’s wise for anyone struggling with low libido get their T levels tested. Also, healthy sleep, stress management, a balanced diet, and exercise-particularly weight training-are the most effective ways to naturally boost libido. These lifestyle interventions will almost always outperform any foods or nutritional supplements.
However, some nutritional supplements have been proven to help although they are generally recommended for short term use only. In this video we’ll explore the pros, cons, and suggested doses of some of the most effective libido-boosting supplement options, so you can make an informed decision about what might work for you. Let’s get started!

This was such an informative and helpful video! I am 65 years old and I am anxious to try a few of the things that you talked about in this video. Thank you so much!
I have been experimenting with various food supplements and vitamins for 3 years now, when I started exercising intensively. I can confirm that they work and some need to be cycled for tolerance. However, the effect is not dizzying, but it works. Thanks for the informative videos, I look forward to more.
Maca Root, Tongkat Ali, Ashwagandha, Vitam D3, and Zinc. Thank you. This video was so informative.
Thanks for sharing your stack!

Good Video! I appreciate the fact that u gave a realistic take on those interventions without having to demonize pharmacological treatments or just make an advertisement out of it:)
My favs are Zinc, Vitamin D, Magnesium and maca extract! Never had any adverse effects and I do think they generally improve my health including my sexual health
Glad to hear those supplements work for you.

One correction though. My cousin who has been a physician assistant for over 30 years told me don’t overdo it with zinc because it can mess with your good cholesterol (HDL). In other words get blood work done and see if you are zinc deficient. She told me if anything take it maybe once every three to four days.
Thanks for sharing... as all things health, it's about balance. Zinc in appropriate amounts has positive effects on lipids, in excess it goes sideways.
While this is anecdotal, after taking L-Citrulline for a couple of months my libido is now very high. It did take weeks before i noticed anything and that is not why i started taking it.
Psychiatric medications are a common contributor to low libido (e.g., antidepressants and antipsychotics). These medications may have both physical and emotional effects that impact libido. Physically, they may cause numbness and/or a decrease in pleasurable sensations in the genitals, and an inability to climax, or lack of pleasurable sensation when climax contractions are physically achieved. Emotionally, these medications may cause reduced desire. I am able to keep my mood disorder in remission by maintaining a stable lifestyle including good nutrition, steady job, regular sufficient sleep, and zero alcohol or other drugs. (Although for many years I could not possibly achieve that stable lifestyle due to my debilitating symptoms, and prescribed medications seemed to be the appropriate choice for me.) The sexual side effects were one of the main reasons I got off the meds a few years ago and I'm grateful this worked out for me.
I am at the beginning of this journey. Still on medication and a low libido as a side effect. I also stopped using alcohol or any other drugs and started eating more healthy plus exercising more. It helps to read that somebody had a similar struggle and succeeded. Thank you!
For me going to gym lifting heavy works. Im in my mid 50's get good sleep most nights and don't eat processed foods, don't drink or smoke.
Great suggestions!

I think its very informative.
With zinc suppliment should copper be included in it ?
👍
Sir i can use one time all suplement that you advice
Thanks for uploading this video on time, I just brought zinc and maca, my wife take maca too.
We are TTC this month
👏🏻
Great video thank you. Would it be dangerous to use tongkat ali + ashwagandha + tribulus + maca + l-tyrosine together daily (as a cycle)?
Take one or 2 at a time for 2 months the. Switch between them so your body doesn't get to used to them.
Is your 15 min full body stretch video, all a person needs to reach his basic range of motion?
I don't know that I would say "all" but it's a great place to start!
My testo is normal-high actually at the higher end for my age 45 according to my last week lab test results still I am experiencing a relatively low libido since 2011 when I was still 32 ,, so it’s not always testosterone related ,, I personally experience a sparse increase in libido when taking Maca yet a slightly more effect combining Maca Damiana and tribulus together.
all the rest Ive tried to no avail
any updates
Good video, I heard it's necessary to stack D3 with K2 to prevent calcification of arteries.
Glad you enjoyed the video!

He forgot Shilajit.
Is it OK to try some of these together, or is it better to take them in isolation? For example, the maca and tribulus?
Hey Diana, in general, it's not recommended to take multiple libido supplements together, as this can increase the risk of side effects and interactions. It's best to take each supplement in isolation and follow the recommended dosage on the label. If you have any underlying health problems, it's also best to consult with your doctor beforehand.
I over supplemented with Vit D3. My doctor said to stop for at least a month, had +2,000 ng/dl. Amazon has a Vit D3 +K2 with 50,000 IU. SO YES, YOU COULD OVER SUPPLEMENT
2 things. Sleep has nothing to do with it because noone ever defines what that means. 2. If it is pscycological , then nothing can help because it cant be healed, you can learn to cope, but that type of damage cant be “ healed”
Nutrient deficiency too can cause low libido
Is it true that Tongkat-Ali or Longjack works for libido?
Anecdotally, I can tell you yes... the taste is something awful and have to watch out for heavy metals.
I have tried low dose zinc to improve my overall health, however it gives me stomach cramps..unfortunately can’t take it
Tried it with a large meal?
@@jonnull thanks for the suggestion, I will try it with a large meal..
make sure you get one that is made from real food and not synthetic.
X2 nascent iodine, super male vitality or female for the ladies, DNA force, Bod ease, Real Red pill, liquid vitamin b.
My age is 37 when I got my total testosterone level it was 313 ng/DL which is very low Infact people in their 70's have this level
Hey Chris - T levels are very tricky, some people have no signs of low T at that level, others have all the signs at 800+. I wouldn't jump to conclusions, everyone on the internet is trying to get their total T over 800 with no real evidence that is ideal and many do it not realizing they go bald and open themselves to snoring/apnea. I'm not against TRT but it's a more complex conversation.
Go to your doctor and if he doesn't want to help out, switch doctors. My levels were crappy for years, even though I went to the gym, worked out and kept a decent diet. I would work on the road and brought a home gym with me everywhere I went and made sure to include cardio. I had hypogonadism for whatever reason and I needed medication to combat that. My original doctor didn't want to help, and in other things didn't send me to a specialist where I suffered for a number of years with back issues (my physiotherapist actually got me in to see a specialist after spending a fortune and not getting better. 4 years of misery all fixed with a needle to the back). I'm now 39, been on TRT for 4 years and it's way better. Go to the doctors that actually care about your health and your concerns. If they aren't helping, you don't owe them any loyalty.
Switch to a carnivore diet... It has a changed my life
There was once a suppliment called vigorex forte which was the greatest male enhancement supplement ever created. They discontinued it. And nothing is ever anywhere near as good as that was
what was in it
@@JJ-vp3bd I’ve since found out that the active ingredient that was in it was a herb called‘yohimbe’, where the active ingredient within this herb was caked ‘yohimbine hcl’.
There was another ingredient which was called avena sativa, which was an oat straw extract, I thought this was the part which hyped up sex drive so much, but I was wrong ; avena sativa calms and soothes the nervous system, which is needed because the yohimbe is a nervous system stimulant, and it stimulates the sensory nerves and the pleasure and that’s why sex with that feels exquisite. But it can make a person feel anxiety as a side effect.
That’s why the avena sativa is there; to offset the anxiety, so you’re just left with the pleasure.
There’s another supplement I’ve found called Vialafil, which you can buy from a website called eurovital.com or biovea.com.
In no way is Vialafil anywhere near as good as vigorex forte, but it’s fairly close. Give it a whirl.
Herbal
@@JJ-vp3bd don’t worry hive tried to recreate it many times over with the ingredients putting it together myself, I failed.
So i have a question for you......lets say you ate 10-12 eggs a day sometimes i was eating raw eggs... my libido was insane at the time...do you feel this is more from the cholestorl...or the choline from eggs that caused this effect?
Both cholesterol and choline in eggs can impact libido. Cholesterol is a precursor for testosterone production, which can boost libido, while choline supports nerve function and neurotransmitter production, contributing to overall brain health and potentially influencing sexual drive.

When I was in college in the early noughties my friend, who was a dentistry student and, like me, weightlifter, told me about a supplement, Tribulus Terrestris, that would help you build muscle and, as a "side effect", make you feel hornier and more confident. I tried it and found it so effective (well, not the muscle part!), that I continued to take it almost constantly (only cycling off if I ran out accidentally) for the next 2 decades!
After Brexit I found it difficult and expensive to source online for delivery here in Ireland (I had been getting it from the UK; I think it's illegal here in ROI) so I just said I'd finish up with it and try to maintain my good libido through healthy living.
Easier said than done though! I'm 43 with 5 fairly young kids. Of late I've started dabbling again in supplements like the ones you talk about in your video, but results have been mixed at best; and now I think that the best - the only - thing is to try to eat well, exercise, get good sleep and try not to get stressed. IF you can do that, your libido will take care of itself.
The issue with the supplements, as far as I can tell, is that they're not really regulated and so you don't know if you're just buying magic bean sugar pills. I'm sure that pure Tongkat Ali etc are all great but are you ever really getting what you think you're paying for, either outright or at best in terms of strength.
Thanks for the great video!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Paul!
Hi Paul, back when you were taking Tribulus for 2 decades, what was your daily dosage? Also, do you feel its effect wears off after a while, or remain the same? Thank you
Honestly, I feel like me libido crashed after I got vaccinated and the got Covid two weeks later. is that a thing?? 🤔
Changes in libido can be influenced by various factors, including stress, illness, and medication. It's important to consult with a doctor for personalized advice.
Thanks,

Many doctors don’t understand about supplements
Understand? They are clueless. They just prescribe meds they’ve been instructed and paid to prescribe
My doc just wants me to get a cvd booster, that's all he cares about
One more think if you are deficuent in zinc it will help but if you are not it will decrease ur testosterone
Is it true Omega 3's and CoQ10 help with blood pressure and overall health?
Both Omega-3s and CoQ10 have shown promise in supporting heart health, including blood pressure management. However, it's essential to remember that individual results may vary. If you're considering these supplements, it's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional to determine what's best for you.

Is crazy my testosterone level is 700 ngl but I still have erectile dysfunction
💖❤️💖❤️🙏❤️💖❤️💖
Zinc supplement constipates me.
They can be really hard on the GI tract. Try less like 10 mg and try with meals?
