The following video documents my one month supplementing journey of trying to raise my level of testosterone by removing any vitamin and mineral deficiencies. I received blood test results that told me I was deficient in Vitamin D, Magnesium and Zinc.
The supplements I used are from Nootropics depot. A company I have used for 7 years and never been disappointed. Powder forms are cheaper but unless you are going to put the powder into capsule form manually I would recommend the tablet forms.

When I can hack all of it in a day?

My data is all accessible online
But is it really? Or perhaps life is mirrors
      Rotating in mysterious ways
      To convince and deceive?
All my life, I never hurt anyone

Great video. I saw a podcast where cold plunges, then workout doubles testosterone in the 1,000's (cold showers are tough... 8-10 min week). Also Dimm to lower estridial, boost free Test. With magnesium, personally, I buy the cheap tablets (mag glycinate, mag malate, mag taurate, and mag citrate), then rotate per meal (although do have the others). They are cheaper as single dosages. Also, generally I take 600-1,000 of elemental magnesium. The percent of magnesium that is digested varies, so I try to get a 400-600 mg digested dosage spread out during day.
Another supplement not talked about is omega 3's. In high doses per Rhonda Patrick podcast - maybe 2-4 grams, it actually protects muscles from lack of exercise. I also take ALA omega 3's (flax seed oil) as ALA has unique benefits for the body that DHA & EPA don't provide. It's amazing that know one mentions ALA benefits, only ALA's crappy conversion rate to EPA... Remember 20 years ago researchers were saying EPA didn't do anything. Today they say it is more important than DHA.

Just a little comment on estrogen since you said it may be bad to see an increase, the way males produce most of their testosterone is using an enzyme called aromatase that turns testosterone into estrogen. A balance between E and T is very important and doubling your total T while only adding 20% E would probably be a good outcome (since more testosterone = more aromatase activity which leads to more strogen). Altough you may wanna look into other factors that increase estrogen outside of testosterone, namely food/water from plastic containers (Especially reheating food in plastic containers can really mess up hormones) and tap water disinfectants like hypochloride and chloroamine.

Zinc and Mag can easily become deficient not just through mineral depletion but also stress. We waste minerals and especially B vitamins like crazy. Zinc also needs adequate stomach acid to be absorbed, especially taking it in a meal without phytates (nuts/seeds/grains/legume) otherwise absorption is impeded upwards of 80%. So if chronically stressed or deficient in other cofactors for stomach acid production zinc absorption falters.

I think it is only important if you feel there is something wrong and start presenting with symptoms of low testosterone. I didn’t feel like there was something super wrong with me but I like to get blood work 1 time per year and it flagged as low so I did some investigating.

If you fix other nutritional deficiencies, like the magnesium you should probably not need to supplement vit d? If you are getting sun that is. Boron is another interesting one btw you seem to have missed, have seen some interesting case studies of middle aged people using this and it completely re-balancing their hormones.

      Boron is AMAZING!
Boron is another mineral that has been depleted from soils.
I was experiencing left knee and right hip pain for a couple of weeks, thinking that the pain would eventually go away but NO it did not.
It was so painful that I couldn’t walk, stand, sit or sleep for long.
I was going to make an appointment the following morning to finally see a doctor about it when I thought I would put in my symptoms in CZcams search and Boron kept coming up. I went right out and bought some.
Within several hours 80 percent of my pains were GONE! The following morning (second pill) 100 percent of my pains went away COMPLETELY!
I thought 2 weeks later maybe that daily dosage was no longer needed. And about 2 days later ALL the pains came back.
Needless to say I now take 3mg of Boron daily. I have had no bad side effects since I started taking them for 3 years now.
I read you can safely take up to 9mg daily. I still only need to take (1) 3mg of Boron daily.

I would test again at a later date. Any gains in testosterone brought about by external means will be fleeting. If your levels were so low to begin with, you should find out why from a doctor and possibly go on TRT.

Hello. Do you know how to reduce SHBG and increase estradiol? My estradiol is below normal, I have never taken anti-estrogens, perhaps my estrogen knocked down by vitamin-mineral complex, since the brands were unpopular and I did not have these pills analyzed in the laboratory. I have average total testosterone, but high SHBG, so free testosterone is at the lower limit of normal. I have zero libido, I think due to low estradiol or low free testosterone.

    • @weedylock

Take 6-10 mg of Boron to reduce SHBG which will make more Free Testosterone also when you increase total testosterone you Estrogen will increase automatically!

      Do not take multivitamins.
Zinc Picolinate is the best form of zinc. Never take more than 30mg a day without testing.
The best way to increase magnesium is by applying it transdermal, it's also the cheapest way.
Simply mix Magnesium Chloride flakes with water and put it on your skin.
      Rinse after 20min.
Do not take Vitamin (Hormone) D supplements, they are toxic.
If you can't utilise the sun, get a UVB Lamp.

My husbands family has a history of the men not really living much past 50. We both have had bad experiences with Drs. Those 3 are the exact formula I keep him on. With the exception of winter because we can't fish and get as much exercise he is a 53 year old with a boot camp body. His check up with full treadmill and blood work he has the heart and lungs of a healthy 23 year old. I love him completely and its my job in life to keep him healthy. He is beautiful and I am determined to keep him as long as possible. Yes he he still has high testosterone.
