The fact you adapted to where you were,what was available makes it even more miraculous.Thank you for being you.I love the way Lars remained motionless, unresponsive while the aromas of a holiday meal swirled around him, but as soon as word was mentioned,he gave you full and perfect eye contact! I guess he wasn't taking any chances,but was staying put till his plate was made...a great compliment to you.Youcknowchowche likes to be out and explore.Keep your eye on that "arm in the harness" trick they slip their arm,some even temporarily dislocating their shoulders to wiggle out of harness, unbeknownst to you.The harness remains fully intact in it's buckled shape.They just want to get away when they want... (independent cusses.)Then they return and lay by the harness as if to say to you "it fell off" .Pets are a trip indeed. Thanks for the Thanksgiving meal...we shared in your delightful day !

@@winterisblu thank you, I had some really bad seat belt bruising and I was sore as heck for a few days then I came down with a whole bunch of crud and was coughing which didn’t help the soreness. As I finally started recovering my youngest (11) got really sick.

Most people would complain and want to cover their heads and go into feel sorry for yourself mode. You just deal with the problem and go on with your life. I was watching ninth element when Mindy saw you on the desert. I was so impressed with your kindness and you gave her the most sweetest loving real hug goodbye. People hardly hug with such love. The way you share with those who you come across on your journey and the true caring for others, like the young woman who died and you feeding her dog and was planning on buying her a heater. OMG, I loooooooove Loui! She did cook the heck out of that apricot hen she made for Thanksgiving. Loui and her mom were one of the first nomaders that I started following about 5 years ago. Their vlogs helped get me through the hardest days of dealing with my dad's massive stroke and 6 months of physical therapy afterward. I now care for him full-time.

I just bought the exact same mug for my daughter recently when her her husband and youngest son we're getting ready to head out to California for a couple of weeks vacation. She kept taking pictures of it sitting by beautiful scenery for me. I started watching VanLifer's 8 years ago and before my husband got sick I was trying very hard to talk him into doing it with me. Unfortunately he got really sick and after a couple years passed away. I actually did buy a van but now I am in Florida staying close to my mom who is getting ready to turn 87. So I'm watching people like you and living vicariously through you. I figure since I'm getting ready to turn 62 in February that my dream of being a van life person probably is not going to happen anytime soon if at all so I get a lot of joy out of watching you and people like you. Especially since you have your beautiful little kitty and I also have one. Her name is actually Miss Kitty. 🐈

You did such a great job preparing your Thanksgiving dinner. This reminds me of me preparing Thanksgiving dinner in my dorm room when I was stationed at Torrejon Airbase Station in Madrid, Spain, using only an electric skillet and a crock pot.
I prepared enough for about twenty (20) people, including myself, and it was delicious ♥️♥️♥️
